Great staff, beautiful room

We truly enjoyed our stay here at the Heritage Hotel because of one person, Mr. Al Baet. He was very helpful to me and my wife when we were experiencing some problems. He made our vacation enjoyable and fun. We will recommend the Heritage to all our friends and family who come to the PI. The rooms are comfortable and worth the price that we paid on Agoda.com.
Shopping Tip:
Mall of Asia is just a few blocks from Heritage Hotel. I've walked the length to get there and it was good exercise. There are a lot of great shops at MOA and worth the effort to walk, if the traffic is too congested.

Stayed overnight in a superior room. The room was clean and although the hotel itself isn’t really new, it seems to have been fairly well-maintained. The reception and housekeeping staff were helpful enough.
This hotel is very near the Mall of Asia complex, which is great for those who want to shop or are attending conferences in the area. It is also just a few minutes away from the airport.
This is not our first time to book at this hotel, and we were quite satisfied. We will most likely stay here again in the future.

The rooms were very good. The view was also acceptable. The buffet breakfast was limited especially from 9-10:30am.
Restaurant Tip:
Go to SM Mall of Asia for a wide variety of restaurants.

I stay at the Heritage on a regular basis - at least four time per year. Always good value, good location for my purposes (close to the airport). The staff are always welcoming and friendly, the food is good value and the rooms are always clean and comfortable.
