Top quality hotel close to the airport

Disclaimer - I got a suite upgrade
Arrived quite a bit tired and irritated from a late domestic flight but the staff got me quickly checked in and up to my room.
Nice size rooms, all the amenities already in-place unlike many hotels in the RP which necessitate a call to housekeeping or front for things that should have been there in the first place.
Only negative was I never could work out the automated system for a wakeup call.
Did not eat at the hotel so no basis to rate the restaurants.
Overall totally pleased.

we only stayed here for one night, close to the airport. we were here on business when we had a show at the nearby smx hall. its our first stay, once inside the hotel it is extreamly comfortable and nice to unwind around the pool after traveling. a terrific buffet breakfast is served daily on the ground floor lounge, which is included in the very reasonable room rate.
Shopping Tip:
Great location, within walking distance to one of the largest market in Manila and NOT far from the Asia Mall.

The hotel is located in the buzzing Pasay area. It is close to the airport (20 mins taxi) and Roxas boulevard (Manila Bay).
Service lives up to pinoy standards (usually GOOD!). Casino is a big plus for all the rich lonely business travelers wanting to burn some time & cash. There are much better casinos in the area if you can digest a 5 min taxi ride though.
The price tag of the basic standard room we stayed in was a bit steep. Blame it on the location and the hotel`s popularity with business travelers. It is disappointing to go through a process at the lobby to get the wifi access, which is expensive.

this is a excellent value .for about 80 usd you get a 5 star hotel.similar hotels will definetly charge you more. the only thing is late at night dont walk to far behind the hotel toward kenny rodgers red ribbon and chowking it is a very underprovished area then say the mall of asia.But the heritage has first class features great clean modern rooms beautiful marble bathroom, again is a great value you get luxury and bang for the buck.I was staying with my girlfriend who is a filipina ,and 1 thing i did not like is they stopped her when she entered the premises by herself thinking she was a hostess or something.This made me and my girlfreind upset and rightly so.Other then that the heritage is a nice hotel no doubt about it.

Good service, nice and good staff. Room is neat and good except for noise coming from the street. The buffet free breakfast is superb. Alacarte order in restaurant is worse,i ordered a fried rice "seafood', Fried Egg with Ham....Fried rice is badly cooked, tomato is not fresh....they served me a plate of fried rice that is good for 4 or 5 people..i dont know why?....the management needs to look at it seriously....

Very nice and clean hotel
The best part of the hotel was the people that work there. They were all friendly and helpful.

Between going to three different islands I stay at the Heritage three different times in 12 days. I started with a room on the 9th floor, which was the best. Then had a room on the 6th floor which was ok and last was a room on the 4th floor and I noticed a big differance in the linen, the towels were more worn and not so soft.
Hotel Feature Tip:
If you decide to extend your stay at the Heritage do it on line because if you do it in person they will charge you a higher price per day.
