Decent hotel close to airport
location, nighlife, friendly staff

If you're looking for a relatively inexpensive hotel that is conveniently located to the airport, this one is a good find. The bathrooms are a little old and not great, but overall for a place to stay for a night on a stop over it is very good. The staff were very helpful and pleasant and its in a part of town that you don't have to go far for a drink. All in all, pretty good value

The hotel is very crowded even during the low season at the island (when wind is very strong, and generally there's some rain during this time). When I arrived at the hotel we had to queue to check in, and the same at the check out time. The hotel is very strict on the check out time (no late check out is permitted), and they also checked the towels and bedsheets upon check-out (if you're planning to get a tattoo/henna, i wouldn't recommend staying here as they charge for stains). Location wise though, this is one of the best on the island: beach-front, bars/nightlife, various restaurants, walking distance to the downtown and most water-sport activities area. Good value for money.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The hotel is located on Station , which is near D-mall, the main "downtown" attraction in the island. Around the areas, you can find many locals brokering for watersport activities at a very low price compared to the prices advertised on paper.

this hotel is a very basic hotel, very near airport and moa. the room indeed is ageing, the bathroom is small. the water pressurize is weak, can't control the water temperature. when it's cold it's cold water, when you turn slight to the left the water will be very hot. because of the location,the only point that i will consider to stay again is the friendly staffs, they're helpful. whenever when you step into the hotel, they'll greet you with a smile. i might stay again in near future.
Travel tip:
Take a taxi from the departure hall, it'll cost much lesser. The fare from airport to Heritage is about 80 peso. From hotel to MOA is about 50 to 70 peso depends on traffic. There's a shuttle miin bus run from hotel to MOA 5 times daily, you need to register in advance.

we enjoyed the hotel a great deal it was very upscale. the shuttle bus to the mall of asia was very helpful. one problem that we had was operation the tv in the motel room. the tv remote was outdated and not very user friendly.

arrived at 2am in morning after being stranded during Thypoon Mina and was so tired. Hotel staff still had our room and were so good. Only slept there for 4 hours before morning flight so not much to say. Room was very comfortable and clean and the morning wake up call was on time. recommended location, cleanliness, good room facilities and will stay there again.

great location but lacks in commitment

had free upgrade to club room, wasn't upgrade! roaches in drawers, and running around room, bathroom clean but large patches in tub, overall feeling of lacking cleanliness. charged for internet, very disappointed with the 4 star rating, at desk certificate said 3.? rating. food was very bland, sausages under cooked (pink inside)scrambled eggs more water than eggs, milk, juice, water, and coffee, left empty, lot of employees but talking to each other and not attending to guests. Malaysia and Singapore theme buffet, I'm sure they were much more disappointed then we were! Casino, dirty, run down. not worth the price to stay!
Hotel Feature Tip:
go somewhere else, should be a 3 star at best...

Hotel interiors were good but some rooms need remodelling. Service was good. Food was OK, Hotel was a bit old already, needs renovation. Everything else was bit of AOK,
