very poor service at check in. never any staff at front desk and not at all friendly
could not believe that a hotel today would charge 600 peso for wifi when it claims to be business hotel

This hotel is a nice hotel,but old.It needs many repairs,specially the dry air coming out of Air Condition is not specially pleasant and makes your sleep very hard to breath.The shower was not working right either,under shower you suddenly hot or cold water before you change the water temperature.I would not rate this Hotel more than 3 stars.breakfast was OK,but nothing special.The only advantage this hotel has is its distance to the Airport and its casino, for those,who like to gamble.The gym has old machines and some of them are very dangerous and fall a part.
Nightlife Tip:
many clubs around the hotel.

Very nice but it is not inexpensive, no free Wi-fi

Accomodation was satisfactory, but no Wi-fi & no breakfast.
During our 1000.00 pesos buffet dinner , a cocroach flew in my steamed vegetable right infront of the Chef, who took the plate immediately out in the kitchen. All they could say was Sorry! Even when I told the dining room supervisor, a young woman, all we got was sorry! No concession of any kind was given, to spoiled appetite and disgust.

The rooms are getting a little old in look. It is due for a refurbishment. The pool is OK and the food OK

Surprisingly nice

This was the first hotel I stayed in when we went to Manila so I was pretty hard on it at first. After having stayed at a few more, though, I think the Heritage hotel is nice and a good value for the price. The location being near mall of asia is nice. Don't plan to walk around at night near the hotel, though (not sure there are many places you would want to do that around here).

Great location, not 5 star hotel but OK

If you want to visit the Mall of Asia, one of the biggest malls I've ever seen, this hotel has a good location. It also has a real casino (Heritage has a "casino" but it is only a few tables of card games and while we were there it was really packed).
Shopping Tip:
Mall of Asia is 10-minute walk or a short taxi ride
