Too old, very dissapointing hotel

This hotel, located close to the international airport, was disappointing to us.
Bathroom was not clean (hair in the bath tub), way too old (paint was tearing apart).
Furniture were all wearing signs of age, room was a bit noisy.
Breakfast is way too expensive and not good at all.
Only good point : very nice staff.
In conclusion : there is way worse, but I don't recommend to pick this hotel for this price.

Great location but small rooms

We were told that they would give us a room that could accommodate 3 pax each (1 queen bed and a twin bed)but they gave us a room with 2 twin beds. How can a couple sleep comfortably on a twin bed, and yet no reduction on the cost.
Restaurant Tip:
There are a few decent restaurants around but quite not safe especially if you have kids.

Needs attention of the Management

I had three (3) rooms for 2 nights during our stay before our flight. The rooms were not ready even when we checked in past 1700, and additional beds were needed to be added to accommodate us. The drains on all bathtubs ( YES, all three rooms) were draining very slowly, and had to wait for 20-30 minutes before the next person can shower. I called the front desk for assistance and was told that the maintenance will be up in a few minutes ( I called on the first day), but no one showed even before we left the hotel.
The hotel should have a separate staff to help with money exchange. There were only two staff on the front desk when we got there and one of them was helping some people with money exchange despite of the long line waiting to be checked in.

Hotel is near NAIA and Mall of Asia

Accessible and good service
The hotel is very accessible to transportation and the service is very good. Staff are polite.

the hotel is very accessible to transportation. just take a taxi from the departure area if the airport if you want to save. it cost you less that pesos. taking a taxi from the airport is so easy and cheap and the staff note the plate number of the taxi you are taking.
the hotel is very near mall of asia. my child had a pleasant stay in the hotel.
