wounderful service staff very friendly
location is great for MOA

the room was dissappointing very old and tired i would not call it superior the staff made up for the room with their freindly greetings and were very helpful when you require anything. The pool was closed so did not get a chance to enjoy it. The room had a lot of noise from the outside traffic and the air conditioning was far too cold for us and could not be adjusted.

Great Location but a bit run down

nothing to shout about except the waitress are extremely pleasant, helpful and friendly. the rooms are still equipped with crt tv, so you can image how run down it could be.
hotel taxi service charges are extremely high but the team are friendly.

Heritage hotel the place to be

I was surprised that my club room was upgraded to junior suite. My stay at heritage hotel Manila was great because we got to have a big room with complimentary snack.. The variety of food during breakfast was less though. I hope they can improve on that. The furniture especially the tv should also be upgraded since it was a junior suite.
