Good hotel near to everything!

The toilets you can notice was old or the hotel is old already and need of renovation especially the carpets. But I like it still because so spacious and good amenities. Near in a big shopping malls and almost everything!

I have stayed at the Heritage 4 times now and always was pleasant. Good transportation from the airport and the room is comfortable with all amenities for the traveler. It's not cheap but worth it and I will stay there again when or if I come through Manila.

We have a nice stay at the Heritage Hotel! The staff were all accommodating. I have just one suggestion, though, I wish you could implement a smoking ban in the hotel. Bear in mind that second-hand smoke is very dangerous to our health! More than this, we have a wonderful time at your hotel! More power to you!

Very nice lobby. Rooms are large and clean. Carpet is a bit worn. Overall this was a really good hotel for a short stay.
Shopping Tip:
Mall of Asia is a short taxi ride away or you can walk there in about 20 minutes.

The room was very nice with a partial view of the water

Although the room was very nice with a partial view of the water, when you opened the door to or went on to the balcony the noise from the traffic below was very loud. I was on the 9th floor and even late at night there was still a lot of traffic. It proximity to Asia Mall and airport were excellent.

Hotel aged but Club room was large and comfortable

The service was good, but the hotel has aged and needs renovation. Buffet breakfast was limited both in the Club Lounge and restaurant. No healthy options for cereals -such as muesli, nor a good range of fruits (which is plentiful in the Philippines).
