Old hotel but still nice
close to airport, close to moa

the rooms we got were both very nice and well kept even if this hotel is already old. staff was not too friendly. shuttle service to moa did not have a convenient schedule. because of the casino the lobby smelled of smoke and even the hallways. not good for the health.

i'll go there. you must choice included breakfast in order to
fine morning.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
I do not recommed core massage-spa that is older style.
When-sha spa is very good with food.

Grand hotel showing age and wear

we were stranded by (first word in U.S.A.) airlines and were recommended them by the airline.luckily, we found them on agoda including breakfast. We took mass transport to te hotel, and were glad to find that the lobby was well designed and maintained, with a professional greeting staff. We checked in around 3pm, and were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room, as well as its high end furnishings (although they showed wear, and much of the wood had been chiped and worn over time, then refinished) We then ordered room service which came on its own catering table which fit into the room with room to spare. The pasta was very good, and the club sandwhich was ok, but filling. As manila does not have good drinking water, we had to purchase 4 bottles of water from the bar downstairs (the gas station across the street is impossible to get to across 10 lanes of traffic) at a whopping $13!!!! (3.25 a 500ml offbrand bottle) They also want a $90 deposit to open the minibar, and for wifi?? We also had to kill what appeared to be a medium sied cockroach climbing up the TV stand, and the cieling in the bathroom looked like it had extensive leak damage from above that was just repainted over. ALSO, the doors in this hotel do not align correctly, so they SEEM to be shut, but you really need to push them farthen in to have them latch. This can be a huge security concern, as you can have your door left open when you are out, or even worse, while you are asleep. Breakfast is a 6.5 out of 10, so if you can find better nearby, go for it, but for a convienient breakfast, it was ok.
Restaurant Tip:
stick to the basic dishes, difficult dishes may have ingredients switched with local ones, which can be offsetting.

nice place to stay the hotel has aver nice set up , the entrance with staff very friendly the restaurant is well placed with breaksfast buffet all you can eat. the rooms are excelent with bed properly cleaned . there's a a casino where you can spend a night , well if you lots of money you can probably spend it all there. but my advise to keep in control and bring only the money that you can afford to lose. aiport is very close to the hotel and there's a service van traveling to and from the hotel. mall of asia is very

Geat location and nice hotel

hotel is great location for me near to airport that's important to me because i always traveling. staff are all friendly and very accommodating. they have great selection of food. hotel is along the famous roxas boulevard and during free time you can go to mall of asia and other places along picc.

The room was quiet good. Sad thing is during our stay the TV is not working:(..We asked them what happened but the only answer we got is..there is something wrong in the cable and they didn't do any effort to give us alternative:( like since the cable is not working they could just set up a dvd for us:(....The free breakfast was ok, the food is good!
