Location is convenient if you need to go to Mall of Asai and SMX
On the front side, your room will be noisy for a whole day as room is very near to the road and that area is very crowded
I have a little question on why they have put hotel in 5 Star categories. I did not agree on that. Hotel is too common, 4 star is max.
There also a lot of rumour on this hotel for a lot ghost experiences, I did not see any of them but I would say that I cannot sleep well for whole 3 night I have stayed there.
Shopping Tip : Mall of asia is at your reach and Hotel also offer a free shuttle.

Have free settle bus service to Mall of asia
Slow Service especially check in process /ABF is poor
This hotel is convinience for anyone who want to SMX exhibition hall or Mall of Asia because the hotel have free settle bus service to take you there
This hotel is not far from Airport (around 15 minutes)
But hotel is very slow about check in process and room preparation , I booking via agoda but when I checking I waited around 30 minute then they don't have room available for me .. unfortunately my friend that go there with me (booked via agoda also) don't have the name in hotel system
for brakfast not appreciate the teast is very poor (not delicious)
Internet is very slow

Not so much, maybe the location in Pasay 5 minutes away from "Mall of Asia" and 10 minutes away from airport could motivate a visit in this hotel.
Almost everything! Old, worn and expensive. Wild traffic during all night.
The hotel is worn out and over-priced. It is possible that this hotel earned a 5 star class when it was new (many years ago) but today it is not worth more than 3-4 stars. Some examples: Room and corridoors smell old, rooms not upgraded since hotel was built, there is wild noise traffic outside all day and night, it cost 28 pesos (50 Eurocent) per minute for internet connection. Everything in minibar is 10-15 times more expensive than in a normal shop, airport shuttle cost 750 Pesos (a taxi cost approx 120 pesos). Stay away from this hotel unless the location is very important.

Location, clean and well equipped, rates, good business center, nice swimming pool and gym.

The last 5 years, I stayed at the Horison 6 or 7 times and always enjoyed the comfort and service. The breakfast buffet is not quite up to the standard, but otherwise there is a great sandwich bar at the ground floor. Overall, it offers all convenience of a 5 star hotel but without more pretention and at reasonable rate. A good tip is to ask for a room on the 2nd floor, with own terrace and direct access to the swimming pool.

Reception and check in is very smooth, especially if you have stayed before. Car park is very convenient as is the shuttle bus to the Mall.
The "unavailable" phrase when requesting a smoking room, only to be given one after a supervisor intervenes. A consistent fault every time we have stayed at the hotel.
The hotel is clean and very comfortable, well located to get to most places by cab. The shuttle service to and from the Mall of Asia is an added advantage. For anyone interested in a flutter the Casino is perfectly located with a non smoking area if one prefers. All in all, a very pleasant hotel for a weekend break. Good restaurant too.
Shopping Tip : This hotel is perfect for shopping at the Mall of Asia. Shuttle bus is a huge advantage.

next to a casino , and near to the asia mall. Big room.
overall an average hotel, but the traffic around that area is horrible. However, the hotel provide free shuttle services to Asia mall which is about 10 min away, there is some night life just opp the hotel .. And casino is just beside the hotel as well.

Very friendly and helpful staff during my stay. Cleanliness is of a very high standard although the carpet was quite old and the vanities had a little mould. Easy to find in regards to location. Very good value for money. The food was exceptionally nice and the chefs were excellent. Some tips could be that more milk be provided in the room rather than just the one creamer. A complimentary masseur would be great on arrival.

location. near to the airport. other than that, i can't find any good thing in that hotel.
poor service. takes so long to request for something. no internet, the cable channels sucks. the television itself isn't good.
The hotel service isn't that good compared to other hotels that I've been to. It's so far the worst. I ordered a breakfast and it came 2 hours after. I requested my room to be cleaned but they never came. The basement parking lot isn't that clean. They should at least get rid of the smell. I would never ever check in to that hotel again.

We stayed here because it is close to Mall of Asia. The service was very nice and the people pleasant. The room was nice and the bath had plenty of room
I think charging for internet connection is grabby and it sets a tone of mistrust from the time you enter the hotel.
While I was unhappy with the internet charge everything else was fine and I will stay again when we want a weekend get away.
Hotel Feature Tip : The casino is pretty standard for me as I lose about one US dollar per minute. some day I will stay beyond 20 minutes.

Good location if you want to spend your time at the Mall of Asia, which is the largest shopping mall in Asia.
The hotel is in a marginal part of manila located on the corner of a major traffic intersection, so expect alot of vehicle noise in and out of your hotel room.For a 5 star hotel their is only one restaurant, which serves marginal food. Furnishings, carpeting in and out of the room is dirty and the hotel rooms are basic.
I stayed at this hotel for the first time, even though in my past 12 years working in the Phil I have passed the hotel many times on my way to the Mall of Asia or US Embassy.
The hotel should be registered as a 2 or 3 star hotel and certainly not a 4 or 5 star. The hotel only has one restaurant which is not appealing as a place to eat. The internet connection cost about $15.00 which the hotel states is good for 24 hours. I opened the connection ain the early evening and the following morning about 7am discovered my connection was not active.
Unless you cannot find another hotel, I would certainly not recommend staying at the hotel. Even though it is part of the Millineum Hotels Group, which I have stayed at many times this hotel is a real disappointment.
Shopping Tip : Within a 5 minute taxi drive for about $1.50 to the Mall of Asia.

Hotel has free shuttle to and from the Mall of Asia. Rooms are nice but hotel smells a bit musty, people are allowed to smoke inside the hotel and casino and in certain areas. Meals are expensive but the buffet style setup looks very appetizing and professional.
Shopping Tip : Grab the shuttle to the Mall of Asia.
