the best thing is its so close to the shopping mall the pool is a great place to relax well one weakness was the price of a phone call i made for 90 seconds it cost $8 AUD which i thought way to much for just over a minute call Our stay here at the hotel was quite pleasant the staff are so friendly and always helpful this is the 3 rd time i have stayed at the hotel with my wife and i just love the pool its so relaxing and to have the shopping mall so close by its just the perfect place to stay for shopping and dinning

Very convenient to Robinson Mall,SM Megamall and San Juan Greenhills shopping center. Small lobby, needs to replace carpet in some areas. We requested for a nice corner room with a nice view of the city after two days of our stay where our views were blocked by the hige rise buildings accross the street. Our request were promptly satisfied and we were given a corner room in the 26th floor where we enjoyed the magnificent view of the entire city. Our room is larger than expected and me and my wife really enjoyed our 10 day stay in the hotel. We enjoyed very much our breakfast buffet and much more the restaurant staff. Really nice people and they remember what we need and want the next time we came back for breakfast. Our room attendants are very nice, very polite that we really appreciate very much the services that they have given us during our stay. Getting a taxi is not a problem any time of the day. This hotel is connected to Robinson mall at the 4th floor that everytime I need to buy something or make connection with free WiFi internet I will simply walk through that connection lobby. Lots of restaurant too! I will definitely stay in this hotel again next time we visit the Philippines. I will recommend this hotel to friends and relatives who would like to visit the Philippines. Again we are very satisfied with our stay. I will miss the nice staff of this hotel. My only comment is the hotel WiFi internet fee is a rip- off. So just go to the mall for free WiFi internet.

What I really liked about my stay in Holiday Inn Galleria, Manila was the friendliness of the staff. All of them were very courteous, helpful and approachable anytime. The room where I stayed was kept tidy and in order everyday. I felt safe during my entire stay. Staffs screen calls of their guests especially after late hours.The hotel was very convenient since the mall was just beside it. Transportation services was the best! I hope that they can improve their lobby calls. There were times when I call the reception and nobody answers the phone. Otherwise,everything was great! I would like to thank the entire staff of Holiday Inn Galleria, Manila for making my hotel stay pleasant. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The physical appearance was clean, with style, and in order. The location was very convenient since the mall was beside it. Transportation services was the best! My room was always kept tidy and fresh everyday. I felt secured during my entire stay. I would recommend it to my friends and family. Also, the cost was affordable.
Shopping Tip : Robinson's Galleria Mall is just beside the hotel. You don't even have to cross the street.

I love the big sauna, the gym is ok, and the pool is ok too Sometimes VERY difficult to get a taxi, the room service is incredibly expensive Overall I thought my stay was enjoyable, going to sauna everyday, and to that Robinsons mall is nice too, I just didnt like how hard it was to get taxi sometimes, it took 30 minutes 1 time, also the guards dont really help to get the taxi's either.
I would stay there again, but I will look elsewhere, I almost missed my flight because was impossible for taxi

Nice big sauna, gym is pretty big, pretty nice faculty took a long time to checkout (waiting in line for 30minutes) and also it's super difficult to get taxi during rush hour time. the business center charges 550 pesos per hour to use their internet, I thought this was outrageous, This was a nice hotel, I love that has Robinsons mall connected to it and also Golds Gym. Could use a better checking out system and also I wish I didnt have to pay 3000 pesos for late checkout at 6pm

Connected to a lsrge, beautiful Robinson Mall where you have access to all things local or high end imported merchandise. I have been a guest at Hotel Galleria 3 times in 2 years. Last year I brought my family including a son and 2 grandchildren and my wife ( this was my second stay }. They all rsved about the sumptuous breakfast, the first class bar and the bands that play in there, and its proximity to the big Mall. We were all impressed with how courteous and polite and helpful were all the employees. The rooms are spacious, clean and beautiful . I have stayed at the Manila Hotel, the old Philippine Plaza, the Hyatt, Bayview and although each have its own advantage, I would stay agsin at the Galleria next time I visit the Philippines

Apart from the promo rate I got for my stay, I have not much positives to mention. Being next to Robinson is added advantage and that's about all I can say for a hotel of this class. Checking in was a wait. Rooms were overbooked. Went window shopping for more than half an hour in Robinson before getting my room. Furnishing in room was old and the towel has seen better days.
Stayed for three days. Room was cleaned the second day but not on the third. Didn't mind as it was clean anyway but at least amenities like bottled water and tea / coffee are expected to be replenished. The security, while appreciated, was getting tedious having your bag checked each time you get in. And if your booking exclude b/fast, you better be prepared as there is no eateries nearby early in the morning. The hotel is right in front of a busy road and this is not much help. Lots of people and traffic.
Shopping Tip : If you are a book freak, National Bookstore is in Robinson.

Bad odour and old furntiure and out dated television The hotel is located in a good place, however the odour and smell in the hotel is unbelieveable for a star rated hotel. The furntiure is outdated and the television is old too. We had to argue with the staff for a check in at 2pm. I would never stay there again. The hotel requires serious renovation.

Hotel room neat and comfortable. Excellent service by staff. Large mall attached to hotel. Location was a bit far from the action.
Traffic getting to other places was heavy, especially peak hours. We extended our stay for another week, having initially stayed for one week. To get the same rate, had to re-book through Agoda. Having done that, when we booked out there were additional charges added to transfer billing accounts even though we had not moved rooms. Also having had the breakfast included for the first week in the room rate, were charged for our breakfasts on the second week on check-out without being told we would have to pay for breakfast second week. So if extending your stay, be careful of extra charges that may be added you are not aware of. Other than this it was an enjoyable stay at the hotel. It does have a very large mall attached to the hotel which is convenient. Computer access charges by the hotel are quite expensive. Internet cafes at mall are much cheaper. Laundry charges also expensive, there is a laundry across the road very cheap with 24-hour turnaround. Service and amenities are quite good, comfortable surroundings. Location is a bit far from Roxas Blvd and takes quite a while by taxi, especially in peak-hour, to get over to that area.

all rooms should be smoke free,food quality at the buffet is poor it's not worth paying ph.1000.00 the address of the hotel is very accesible to anyplace in metro manila and from the airport.the best thing i like most is the access way to the mall.
the hotel staff are friendly from receptionst to housekeeper.they are all accomodating.
i'll take holiday inn again in my next vacation holiday

laundry expensive The hotel was of a good standard and reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the area. The weather was not good during our stay however got to the pool a couple of times as was clean and surroundings adequate. Breakfast was quite good with a large selection of hot and cold. Internet charges were expensive compared to internet in shopping centre attached. Laundry also expensive compared to service offered over the road. The stay was quite enjoyable as staff are very good and all amenities in good condition. Location was quite useful with such a large shopping centre attached to the hotel.

great hotel, could not fault it driving to hotel not easy. as hard to find the entrance because of one way streets . they need to give guests a map to get there, check in slow not enough staff on front desk. however when checked in and going to room everything very good
