The location of the hotel is very non-descript and a bit out of the way. My trip was focused on Eastwood City (10min walk) and Cubao (20mins Jeepney) so if you need to be in those areas its fine. This is a budget hotel; you get what you pay for. Good for solo/seasoned travelers/backpacker types who are happy to rough it a little and just need the basics. If you are looking for any luxuries or pampering, or place value on a good location, this hotel is NOT for you. Very basic and unpolished hotel, fine for the seasoned traveler. Friendly, co-operative staff. Get a room on the Quiet side of the hotel and it is very quiet and peaceful
