a fantastic stop-over in manila
clean, big rooms, nice beds, good service, polite staff

I only stayed for one night as a stop-over between transfer in manila, and only spent time in the room and in the hotel.
a very nice place.
just perfect for me and my purpose of my stay.
if i had ventured outside i know it would have been perfect located in the right district where of restaurants and nightlife.
i would choose the same hotel again, if ever in manila

Nice hotel
View to Manila Bay from the room is nice, very nice employees

The arrival was not very promising... Road is on construction (probably due to the floods last year) and the entrance to the hotel is in the middle of tourist attractions...
But once inside the hotel, it is quite and calm and the room had a nice view to the bay.
Foods in the restaurant are very nice and the people serving are professional and friendly.
There is one major disappointment:
Unfortunately, the airport transfer did not work. Nobody was there to catch me up.
I ordered airport pickup through agoda booking and it was confirmed...

Strategically hotel very accessible....
A unique hotel i ever been i love the aqua room.

I was amazed of the hotel ambiance, the visitor lounge at the front desk is superb, there's a lot of sofa which the visitors will not over crowded. While waiting for the line up for registration my companions enjoy the view on the ground floor. I like the rooms, me & my wife take the aqua room while the kids are in the bay front room, its amazing memories which we take picture of the Manila sunset. While the aqua room sooth our pressures from our work it's truly relaxing experience. Makan Makan restaurant have professional waiters they will offer to assist your needs but one thing i notice is the reception of the restaurant, the staff should be flexible eg. he/she should let the customers seat first before inquiring the additional person which is not cover with a free breakfast so that the line will not take longer. I also notice the towels assigned in every room are old ones, I hope the hotel management should set standard with this because i personally don't like the towels in the room.

We are very amazed and relax of our bonding moment. The hotel is unique i love viewing the Manila sunset with the hotel bayview room.

decided to stay in this hotel due to the fact that its just a stone throw away in manila ocean park. very much excited to see this new hotel and i was never dissapointed. plan to do it again in the near future

A great city escape within the city

I booked two rooms for my kids and my parents for their wedding anniversary. Both the oldies and the kiddos were awed with the beauty and serenity brought on by the beautiful aquarium inside each the rooms were clean, free wifi and free mini bar.. We all had a pleasant stay, the staff were very courteous and kind and theme park experience was totally great.. Highly recommended especially if you're staying with your younglings and the young at heart.. They all gonna have a great time

i never thought that this unique hotel was existed near on the area where i almost stayed every time i visited manila. i am working and living in china so staying in this hotel was worthy not to mentioned they have good makan restaurants and pool. my daughters love it. it is a bit far from busy area but easy to get taxi and if you have your own car will be easy to many shopping malls, hospital and airport. food and service was great! i highly recommended this hotel to all my friends and relatives. worth to experience leaving near the ocean.
