Clean hotel - small rooms

The hotel it self is clean. Very modern interior (bay view) but had few problems though:
1. Had to fall in line for almost 30 mins before i was able to check in.
2. The rooms are small.
3. Windows are not tinted well. Poeple can see us from the second floor.
4. Parking didnt look safe at all.
5. and... another 30 mins in line for checking out.

had a great stay and had to extend our stay for another day due to wonderful experience in h2o. room rate is reasonable, with nice and friendly staff. strategic location enable us to go to makati or quezon city in just a short time. surely will return to this hotel on our next vacation.

Nice room but not so hotel facilities

The hotel's front desk was far from the receiving area. The staffs were accommodating however, they still lack the anticipation for guest needs. We needed to ask for directions on how to go to the hotel's front desk from the receiving area instead of being guided they just pointed us to the direction. The kids were very entertained with the aquarium in the room. The room was good enough for a family of 4. No bathtub in the room and only one common door for both the shower and the comfort room. The room was clean and there were amenities and free mini bar. Very limited restaurants in the hotel or the manila ocean park that is just in the same location of the hotel. Not much place to go and every movement needs a ticket for entry.
Hotel Feature Tip:
There is a nearby restaurants outside the hotel around 15 to 20 minutes walk from the area, but needs to be careful specially at night.

We stayed in the Aqua Room which is a very entertaining room for the kids

my daughter really enjoyed our stay in the aquaroom. the fishes were delightful, however the lights of the aquarium were turned off automatically at night. we just find a hard time looking for somewhere nice to eat because the restaurants inside the hotel is very limited. the bed was very comfortable and big. the washroom are very neat and has complete amenities that includes shaving kit, but there is no hair dryer in the room so bring one of your own.

Very nice hotel, nice room, very good buffet breakfast and internet access is fine, swimming pool is near the stage where you can watch live performance from sea lions to water show, very near Rizal park.
