Aquariums in room, sunsets at the bar,

Hotel is fantastic.The staff could be more helpful from a tourists perspective. They did not offer to much in the way of things to do in Manila.
But we could watch the aquarium in our room for hours.
Restaurant Tip:
We dined at the Harbourside Restaurant around the corner from the hotel, the restaurant is set on a pier and does feel basic however the food was terrific.

Nice and clean but that's all.
Clean, Fish tank was nice in the room.

I stayed at the hotel for just one night in the Fish Tank room. The fish thing was nice but beyond that not much else was. The wireless internet just did not work well for me all night and in the morning. The bathroom does not have a door and the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. The worst thing was that there was no window in the room. I left to go to the Embassy which is next door but did not find out it was raining until I got to the front of the building which is shared with the water park. Kids all over the place all day. Never again stay there.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Stay somewhere else.

Great hotel and great service
great location, shopping and restaurant in one place, great buffet

The hotel was recommended by a friend and went to stay for 2 nights. Hotel is still in the process of completion in regards to entrance.Due to its location inside an ocean park, the place is jampack with educational tours.Unless you have a problem with crowd,you'll gonna have to learn how to zigzag away from it.The room is great overlooking the dolphin show and the crowd.Only bad thing about is the bathroom dont have a door so its an open space going to the toilet and shower.If you are alone this is great unless you have a visitor with you.Buffet is supperb, ill give it a 9 in a scale of 10.Service is great too and staff are very helpful.If you have a problem about the power output you can asked for a transformer to trim your power outlet for you cp from 220 to 210. The gym is the one I always look for being fond of working out.I found that the equipment are still lacking in its pull bars, I give that 6 in a scale of 10. Its very disappointing to find out in a new big hotel of this class lacking the necessary tools to work out. The location of the hotel is a plus, just a walk away from the main thru fare, Roxas blvd and towards the grand stand and Luneta park, or to catch a ride to Baclaran for a shopping spree. A taxi ride to the airport will cost you 210 pesos which is just 5USD. I can recommend this hotel in your future travel.

A beautiful themed hotel with Ocean Park

Great view with lots of fishes in the 2 window big aquarium. I even took some video of the fishes as they swim by and experience Jacques Custo underwater world. Room is also clean and quite new a I understand hotel is newly open.

Liked the hotel, nice rooms something different but its too far from the city. Great for kids as the acquarium wall is cool

this was one of the worst experiences that i have ever had staying in a hotel, in the middle of the nite they cut off the air conditioning to save money then when you complained or asked to talk to the manager he was never available / out of the office--- when asked to talk to a supervisors no one knew who that was---- in addition to all that all the resteraunts closed in the building at 9pm and nothing availblke but expensive room service--- you had to catch a cab that was not availble to go find a resteraunt i would not recommend this hotel to anyone going to manilia

Nice modern hotel, but its location isnt great
Nice aquarium inside the room! Modern design of hotel.

hotel was clean and extremely modern.
staff we're very helpful and restaurant downstairs was great and easy to get too. location is abit of an issue as it was hard to get a cab from the hotel to get to anywhere.. overall, i would go back again however workout some sort of travel plan.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The Manila Ocean world is right next to it, which is an awesome tourist attraction.

the first day we arrived at the hotel, they immediately approached us with a smile, they telling all the features of h2o hotel. the rooms are clean. all hotel personnel are approachable and they always greet you with a smile. great service at the restaurant they will make you feel comfortable.
