nice concepts fish tanks etc.

they try to create features that are different to other hotels. however their maintenance lets them down.
also when booking be aware of the difference between twin rooms and queen. queen is more expensive for 2hat ever reason we got caught with that.
the service was good and prompt
they were well mannered

Nice and clean rooms, helpful staff and wonderful restaurant

The front desk staff was informative, helpful, and went the extra mile for customer satisfaction. Housekeeping staff did an excellent job of service daily. The restaurant served tasty meals of all types an at good prices. Wait staff was excellent.
I will definately stay there again and reference to family and friends.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Marine Aquarium and shows are good and prices reasonable.

There was no water supply from 12:00p.m to 5:00am. Totally unacceptable. Room design is bad.

The hotel was nice and clean but still under refurbishments and it is a bit if a hassle but that one is only minimal. Still the hotel is again my first choice!

Everything just within reach...very nice location.

The hotel is quiet and clean. With a few upgrades they could earn more than a tree star hotel rating.Never slept soundly due to awful mattress. Mattress was concave in middle. Obviously old and never was of high quality.All sheets and bedding were discolored off white and old.Felt unclean to sleep on the sheets and pillow cases. Bath towels were the same. Grey colored not white, and thin and coarse. Bath soap is small circular variety expected in a Motel 6. The electrical system should be upgraded to accommodate 110 current. Finally the bay view window doesnt open, even in part. They could insert a small opening window to get fresh air.

The aquarium is adjacent to the hotel and the American Emabssy is nearby
