Good location on the bay

The entrance to the hotel is somewhat unorganized and you have to walk a little to the lobby located on the third floor but once inside the rooms are great and service is very friendly

Lovely hotel but not so lovely drop off point.

H2O hotel is a very nice hotel once your inside,
friendly staff, clean rooms, large beds.
Outside is a different story, because the entrance
of the hotel is the same as the entrance to manila
ocean park, there are a lot of people queuing in line
for tickets.
The drop off point is outside the hotel, you have to
walk a short distance to get to the hotel entrance.
This is the part which i think needs improvements,
when we arrived no one helped us bring down our bags
from the car and we were the only ones there at that
time, but once inside they were very helpful.

needed more room but none was available. all of the staff members were very helpful. i wish that they would have a room with a bathro doors suitable for guests with small children. overall stay was very relaxing except when it was raining & we were flooded by the pool area.

See the shows @ the ocean park.

lovely and interesting room features
there are a lot of shops and restaurant near the hotel and there are a lot of exciting activities for the children

since the hotel is located/ incorporated inside manila ocean park, it's a good family outing location. my children enjoyed the comforts of the hotel room. it is spacious and nicely designed.
i very much like the reception area with their big and comfortable sofas, it's a unique feature of the hotel to have a very comfortable waiting area.
the lounge also was beautifully set. one can relax there after enjoying the oceanarium adventure.
the hotel is a great one stop for a family "mini" vacation.
it was a relaxing experience.

Nice big room with fab view and nice amenities
Fabulous location right on Manila Bay with floor to ceiling pic window hanging over water.

The hotel is older and the room furniture and bed were a little tired. But clearly, this hotel once had a lot of class, and is still trying to hang on to that. Overall, good value for cost.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Pick a room with a bay view. Well worth it if you like the water.

Nice hotel in the midist of construction

access to the hotel was interesting as there is constuction around the hotel for ocean park. once you are in the hotel you find a quiet and well maintained hotel. a third person joined us at the last minute and the hotel staff helped setup the room to accomodate a 3rd traveler. amoung the most interesting shower and toilet accomodations i've seen in a hotel as they are just 2 room partioned off by frosted glass. may not be a comfortable accomodation for 2 travelers looking for a bit more privacy for showering, and changing.
Shopping Tip:
The Mall of Asia is a short taxi ride away. This is one of the most well known malls in the Manila area.
