very nice hotel but the location is not accessible specially to taxi drivers that doesnt even know where it is. But overall we had a nice stay and definitely will be back soon.

Great location, small room, forgettable bathroom
location is hotel h2o's best flag! we get to rest in between shows at the manila ocean park and its so close to other business establishments.

this is the best place to stay when you're touring the manila ocean park with very young kids, but the bathroom is so poorly designed the floor becomes dangerously wet and slippery for kids! i hope they do something about the shower area because its a complete turn off. the front desk staff are also not very efficient it takes a loooong while before they attend to your request, sometimes not at all. however i wouldn't want to spoil the enjoyment of my kids so i just put on a lot of patience. i loved the view of manila bay from the white room bar during the night. makan makan restaurant crew are very friendly and accommodating though, especially when you got kids who can be very demanding :-)
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
get 10% discount on selected manila ocean park attraction packages when you purchase from the front desk. you can also opt to get free oceanarium tickets instead of breakfast buffet.

Excellent room and very good staff
Fish tank in the room, restaurant and housekeeping staff were excellent

We booked an Aqua room which had one of the walls looking into a fish tank - provided excellent entertainment and source of fascination for our infant daughter. The room was very clean, modern and had enough space for a family of 3. The hotel restaurant had a good variety of Asian dishes and staff were really pleasant and helpful. The hotel is located just above the Manila Ocean Park and a shopping atrium - good access to eating places. Because of the Christmas season, and being located so close to the Ocean Park, there was lots of musical entertainment in the atrium and the noise filtered into the hotel rooms (though it was not too loud to be a real nuisance). Definitely will consider for a return visit.
Hotel Feature Tip:
If you are looking for a romantic getaway, or an overnight stay while on transit, or a business trip, this may not be the hotel for you. Because of it proximity to the Ocean Park and novelty factor of huge fish tanks in the room, mostly family with young children tend to stay at this hotel - during our stay there were times when young kids were running down the corridor playing and laughing (even late into the night).
Also, while the Aqua rooms with the fish tanks are great, these rooms don't come with a window. If you are jet lagged and trying to catch some sleep before your connecting flight you'd need some time to figure out if the time on the clock in the room was AM or PM.

"amost perfect"

arrived at around 4:30- 5:00pm of dec 26 the people from the front desk were friendly and accommodating....the room was awesome!service was prompt and very hospitable. we all loved the room and the hotel as a whole.....
we had a wonderful breakfast and the pool experience was great!!!
it was an almost perfect stay until it was check-out time.... we waited quite a while since the lady from the front desk did not get back to us to inform that the room was already checked and we are clear to go..... there was no gondola available so a nice staff agreed ( i had to ask for his help with our bags....) to help us bring our bags to the reception area. while waiting the nice staff left us after i handed his tip and long before our car arrived from the parking area.
Restaurant Tip:
Breakfast and service were superb.....come between 6:30 - 7:00 for the best seats .... no souper deee douper spread but the taste and selection were awesome!!!!

Lovely hotel and slow service

The Hotel is very nice, clean. When we checked in, the staff were very slow, you really have to wait for about 30 minutes to 1 hour in order to process you reservation. They tend to question their clients holding an Agoda voucher for the so so security reason. Toiletries were very few, bottled water is budgeted for the clients. They should place a rolling curtain in the restroom so that clients will enjoy the bath tub. When we check out, slow again... Hassle going to concierge, you really have to walk with people going to Ocean Park. Aqua room is unique.

good service except for stuffing up our breakfast pack, not waking us up for our call so we almost missed our plane. Other than that was worth staying. Shame it is so far from manila airport.

hotel room interior is what I like best. It is modern, clean, accesible to my needs, organized. It is also spacious enough for a room! The ambiance that the interior design created is very relaxing and calm.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The hotel is very accessibe to Ocean Park as they are in the same building. It has a small mall in the same building. There are very good restaturants inside the building - hotel & mall.
In general, everything is quite adjacent to each other so they are "IN THERE".

Unique High Quality Hotel

i submitted a review on this hotel for one of the most unique hotel rooms ive ever stayed in-a aquqrium room.this review is submitted on the bay view room i stayed in the last 2 nights.i want to tell the readers it is a wonderful goood size room with tremendous views of the bay,its shipping lanes and awesome sunsets.the service is attentive but again i warn guests of the inadequate command center.this hotel is worth a stay for solo ,businees and family travelers.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Tae complexich adjoins thke a day to visit the onsite Ocean Park and eat at Harbor View restraunt which adjoins the complex

Good quality hotel
Lots of other activities you can do as there are a lot of other recreational establishments around. The oceanarium is just beside the hotels and you can buy tickets to watch the shows happening nearby. Or if you fancy a stroll you can walk towards the parks near the area and go on a street food trip while you're at it.

the room is not as spacious but they have a big comfortable bed. the aquarium wall is very nicely done. although the corals aren't real, we had a fun relaxing time watching the fishes as they swim by and take silly pictures posing as if we're also inside with the fishes.
Restaurant Tip:
the concierege /guard was nice enough to inform us that they permit you to call outside to get food delivered instead of dining in their resto. so if you're craving for some pizza just dial away and the front desk will just ring you up once your order has arrived

Unique hotel in great location
location,on top of the ocean park and the most unique roo you ever stayed in

this hotel is a quality interesting and unique hotel in a great location close to the historic district,the american embassy and on top of ocean park-one of manillas great attractions.the aquarium room was small and has no windows but it is so unique and pleasant that you must try it fora night or 2.he price is a little pricy for manilla but th eexperience and service make it a must stay,one really bad feature is what they call the coomand center which is a fancy name for front desk and info and concierage-the problem is they never answer their phone.hotel also has a club lounge ope to all guests and is very nice with commanding views of the bay
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
you must go to the ocean park for a day.for an amusement park it is first class and inexpensive
