The hotel is beautiful, very americanized.The spa is great limited food options but the breakfest is worth it, a great buffet. great downtown location, as well as all the water features and ocean park being connected. great view of manila bay. Close to the U.S. Embassy and good transportation options.. the park accross the street is great, but hold onto your wallet, and save your money and dont bother with the Chinees Gardens very dirty and not impressive.
Shopping Tip:
not much to offer in the so called mall.

Worth a stay!

We enjoyed staying at an aquaroom at this hotel. The aquarium in the room was much larger than the hotel photos showed. Very comfortable beds, luxury bathroom, and good front desk service. The swimming pool appears not to belong to the hotel itself but to Ocean Park Oceanarium instead. However, guests are allowed to use the pool for free. For some strange reason though the pool closes at 5pm everyday. The food is unbelievably reasonable and good considering the hotel is a 4-star facility.

Location great for ocean park lovers

the hotel is adjoined to ocean park, which is great for those who intend to visit the attraction. the room is very spacious with refreshing and modern design which is what we liked most about this hotel. the shower area is huge, but without any shower screen or door. in addition, the toilet has no door, which may not be to everyone's liking!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If you decide to take a ride on one of the horse-drawn carriages awaiting outside the park main entrance, make sure the price is cleared defined and negotiation - example price per ride vs price per half an hour.

nice hotel but not good location... breakfast was ok, but you have to go to another restaurant on a level under the hotel... its ok for 1 or 2 day stay

Nice room, poor service

Poor service from valet to frontdesk. Breakfast is quite okay with the ocean view. Swimming pool is not child-friendly and is located outside the hotel. Poor design! You really have to go out of the hotel just to go to the pool? Talking about privacy... I would not come back to this hotel again!

Manila ocean park is a must!

Loved the stay. It was a boutique hotel type ambiance and suited for couples or families looking for an upscale room.

Very Good Hotel with Great Service

i have stayed at the h2o several times and they have never disappointed me. always very clean and comfortable rooms and great customer service. although the hotel is close to the end of roxas blvd and you have to deal with a lot of traffic, it is well worth it when you arrive. close to ocean park and a small mall is located on the grounds. the restuarants at the complex are very reasonable and serve excellent food.

a unique hotel with amazing themed rooms
the room is clean, the staff are friendly, corteous and very accomodating and of course the aquarium inside the room was fascinating specially to a young child and young at hearts

Our stay in the hotel was an enjoyable experience. It provided us with an escape from the busy metropolis without actually leaving the metropolis. It provided us with a vacation that would otherwise consume so much time and effort. The facilities are adequate enough and there are a lot of attractions within the vicinity that would keep a 6 - year old well occupied. This hotel was really worth every centavo.
