Pleasant without the oomph factor.

Pleasant. Room was clean but everything else in it was old.
Location is in a dank and dirty part of Pedro Gil street despite that it is about 100m away from swanky Robinson's mall. Breakfast was poor.
But kudos to the friendly staff.
Unlikely to return.

The room was very large as well as the bathroom. Hotel was kept very clean and the free buffet breakfast was nice. Staff were very attentive, friendly and hard working. Everything worked well and staff were not intrusive and the stay was very nice.

The staff are courteous, room we had was large, well appointed ameneties. Compaired to other hotels we have stayed in this was good value. I suppose its mid range in price, very satisfied, However its typical as far as location goes in manila. lots of beggars, dirty crowded streets, but 2 mins walk to robbinson mall, I am very happy with my choice this time.

I was very disappointed! I have to request for another room because the toilet was clogged,the bathroom was dirty, the bed sheets and towels were old, previously colored white are now dirty white in color. the room was small.The window has no curtain only a blind facing a wall! The Beds were small too!

I booked mainly because it is near the business that I have to attend to. The room is big and the cable channels works well. The coffee shop/ bar closes early at 11 so not much help for insomniacs to stay and spend more time. There are housekeeping seems to be undermanned at night since it took quite a time just for cutlery. Front desk were very courteous and speaks english well.

the only thing we didn't like is the bad odor in the bathroom that started to smell on the 2nd day of our stay. most likely coming out from the sewage system. it did not affect the whole smell of the room so did not really make a big deal out of it.

This is the hotel i will stay in whenever i am in Malate.Excellent staff who go about their duties with great efficiency and always with a smile.Central location near LRT and nestled in an area bustling with activities for shopping and dining makes Kimberly a joy to stay in.

we ended up needing a place to stay in manila at the last minute, and this place was available. for the price, it was an ok hotel, the breakfast was not included, but after trying it the first day, and paying for it,we decided you could eat somplace else for less $ and get better food. the rooms are old and showing it, and the wifi signal was not strong enough in our room. for the price, i would go somwhere else next time, but if your out of options this place was ok at best.
