our kids love the small pool. they added a small basketball ring and our kids love it. We also love the lap pool. Food at the Market cafe as also great..! Seafoods, salads, and steak! free flowing canned sodas, coffee. The room is clean.

A great place to stay during your family vacation

I never had placed my booking at this hotel. Staffs are accommodating and lobby is with great ambiance once you've entered the hotel. It's a well secured hotel, and staffs greats with a great smile as we came in. My kids love staying at this hotel, as it malls and restaurants are nearby, especially they really love the pools, which was their past time. I would definitely stay on this hotel again...

Made Hyatt reservation with Agoda in the morning and checked out of City State Tower Hotel. Attempted to check into the Hyatt but was told that we would be charged a early check-in fee since check-in was at noon and we showed up just after 10 a.m. Left luggage with the concierge and headed over to Robinson's Mall. Check-in was uneventful and the elevator required the room key card to operate. The room was on the 8th Floor and was not big but the high ceiling really helped to make it appear bigger. The next day I reserved a Hyatt club room with Agoda for three adults and a seven year old. The club rooms are on the higher floors and has a lounge that supplied free drinks, including wine, and snacks. For check into the club room, you actually go to the floor of your room and check-in at the lounge. No clue why they did this. The club room was on the 10th Floor with a pool and was a little bigger than my regular room but since we requested an extra bed, the extra space helped. That night, my family was tired and did not want to fight through one block of pedestrians and narrow and broken sidewalk to get to Robinson's Mall for dinner so we ate the the Hyatt's Chinese Restaurant, Li Li's. The food was okay, we ordered three dishes and it came out to be around 3,000 php after a 20% discount for staying at the Hyatt. But it took a long time to get our food and the restaurant had three tables of customers. Hyatt is relatively expensive compared to the other nearby hotels. But, as always, you get what you pay for...
Nightlife Tip:
Ermita is a noted Red Light District with many girlie bars. Hotel is just one block from Robinson's Mall.
