Courteous staff. Good location. Clean rooms. Good Selection of Restaurants in same building or close by. 7-11 and Starbucks in same building. Free parking. Studio rooms without that small water heater in the bathroom has plenty of hot water.
One bedroom suite with small water heater in the bathroom runs out of hot water fast. Breakfast ends early (if you are a late riser.)
I stayed in the hotel from May 4 to the 7th in a studio room without the small water heater in the bathroom, has enough hot water to fill the tub, if you like to soak. I then left to go to Boracay and returned to the hotel on May 10 in a 1 bedroom suite (bedroom separate from the living room area - room 520) and it had a water heater under the bathroom sink. It ran out of hot water just taking a short bath. I then transfered on May 12 back to a studio room (no separate bedroom from the living room area) and luckily I was placed back in the same room that I had on May 4th to the 7th (room 715.) Do not go to the money changer that is on the left when exiting the hotel. The hotel gives good exchange. Make sure you wake up early if you purchased breakfast with the room. I for one woke up later and when I went there they were out of some of the food. If I remember correctly, they close at 10 am.
It's an older hotel but clean. I would stay there again.
Restaurant Tip : Good resaturants close by (within walking distance) Pasta restaurant in the same building is good and affordable.
