I requested for non smoking room, and the room given is on the 3rd floow where all the function room hotel facility are. I requested for another room as the room on 3rd floor is noisy.

Tipping is expected but for 20 to 40 pesos you'll get better care and service. Always get the hotel staff to hail you a cab as there are lots of dodgy, illegal cabs that will try and rip you off. Also when staying here, you're better off going across the road and into SM Mart for any money exchange. The hotels rate is always lower but when you go to foreign exchange be sure to hold tight of your bag and keep an eye out-even in a wealthy safe area like this you cant avoid the pick pockets all together!
