Courtesy with dignity. Service with friendliness and helpfulness. On arrival at Manila airport my fears of former experiences were quickly allayed by taking advanrage of the transport provided by the Hotel which is well worth the cost. When we registered were offered membership of the Continental Club which we found to be the friendliest place on earth - a real family atmosphere and lots of amenities. This is also carried over into the whole hotel areas we attended as well as the front office staff who are very obliging and patient. Thank you all at the International Makati. We will be back!

Good location, clean rooms, nice staff. TV set could be better since it is a 5 star, taxi service is complicated. The hotel is located at the center of Makati district, walking to Glorietta and Greenbelt malls. Hotel looks a bit old but, rooms are ok. Tv set could upgraded to a flat screen, which is something you get even in hotels that are not 5 stars.... Staff is nice and ready to help at anytime. Taxis are not allowed to park inside the hotel so, when you need one, it may take a while till you get it. Breakfast could offer more considering that intercon is a 5 star hotel.
Shopping Tip : Malls are between a walking distance and prices are ok.
