Good price but DOES NOT look like photos

The hotel staff were very kind but the hotel does NOT look like the photos. Far more basic. Clean but very basic. Bed was not comfortable. Staff are incredibly sweet and very willing to help you with anything. not much to eat around there so if arriving late at night eat at the airport before you get to the hotel.

The hotel is situated in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by slums and local sari-saris. There is still one decent shop right next to the hotel (turn left from the gate), where you could get little more than from the saris. During our stay the elevators were broken, so we had to carry our 14 kg child to the 6th floor and back. The room service was luckily very good and they helped with the luggage. Our room was facing "the garden" so there weren't much noise and we could sleep well.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Get a taxi to the town. The hotel can call one for you and it costs around 300 pesos to Intramurous. Be sure to write down the hotel address, because taxi drivers haven't heard from this place!

we extended our stay here because of it´s great value. A small breakfast (served to your room at the time you want it) is included and is enough to start the day.
We really liked the layout of the room, even though it´s small they managed to include a separate kitchen dining area and enough storage room for your cloth or so.
Staff is friendly and the room was cleaned every day.
only downside was the Wifi offered for 150 PHP a day. the connection is very slow and pretty much useless.
But they offer free Wifi access at the reception area.
taxi drivers may not know this hotel so make sure you tell them the correct address
I can definately recommend this hotel if you want to stay in Parañaque.
after all, we will come back for sure
Restaurant Tip:
when you leave, turn left and walk for ca. 150 meter. There is a 24 hours burger shop, 33 PHP for a double burger and you even get 2 for 1

The room was small but the hotel made very good use of what limited space they have. If you're looking for a place to crash for a day or two, this hotel will work if you're going to be out all day.
