We are very satisfied with the way we were treated by the staff of Joya Lofts and Towers.
They surprised us with a free upgrade to their 2 BR Premier Suite. It was a 119sqm area at the 39th floor. Perfect view...
The kids squealed with delight upon opening our hotel door. There's just a lot of space for kids to run around and the pool on the 7th floor is clean and nice.
We will definitely stay here again and again and again....
Shopping Tip:
Powerplant Mall is just across the hotel. Rustan's Supermarket is very convenient to go to and has an extensive selection of imported food.

Excellent location
Well furnished 2-bedroom apartment and the view was magnificent from the 39th floor!

Efficient and friendly staff in a well-secured safe environment. Staff very receptive and attended to requests to fix things that were not working in the apartment.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Tagatay to see the Taal Volcanic lake is a must. Make sure you bring lots of small change in pesos for tipping the people who help moor that boat across and the jockeys who take you up to the top of the volcano if you decide to travel on horseback. Wear sturdy walking shoes if you decide to walk as the path up is very rockly and sandy with lots of small rocks. Wear a rain jacket of similar as there is alot of water splashing onto the boat when crossing ot the volcanic island and you can get very wet!

We have booked a 2 bedroom unit, we were surprisingly upgraded into their 2 bedroom executive room since i have celebrated my birthday there but there's one thing i have actually requested for a 2 single beds on the second bedroom but to no avail and they wanted us to charged worth 1500 for an extra bed but we didnt get it anyway. I really Iove the balcony and the nice views and its really near Rockwell Power Plant mall. Will definitely come back to that place soon probably this coming new year.
Travel tip:
You may bring some food for cooking bec they have complete kitchenwares

Kids loved the pool. I loved the view of the city. It was convenient for us to be buying anything we need which we only need to cross the street to powerplant.
Restaurant Tip:
Lots of restaurant from fastfood to fine dining restaurant around the area. Breakfast you can get at starbucks which is just infront of the hotel.

we enjoyed our stay at joya lofts & towers. it was across a mall and we liked the homey feel of the place. the location is very good, staffs were attentive and courteous. the lobby was impressive and the pool was inviting. although i found the room very small.

I like the location. The room is pretty small for a 2 bedroom but livable. Ournroom had a great view of mandaluyong and rockwell. The only thin i didnt like is that they have no kid's pool, only toddlers pool. My kids had to swim on the stairs of the lap pool. Can you imagine that?! Overall, my experience went from great to just ok.
