Friendly staff and good value

This hotel is well maintained and staff are very helpful. It is the only decent hotel near Monumento Circle, and the area has many dining and shopping options. There are two small problems at the hotel. First, wifi is quite slow and sometimes unreliable. Second, the breakfast, though complementary, leaves a bit to be desired, especially for international travelers. The breakfast cuisine may be typical for many Filipinos, but Western travelers will not be keen on the fat not trimmed from meat, excessive seasoning with sugar and salt, and the very tight portion control.

This hotel met my expectations. It was very safe, very clean, and the room had good air conditioning. The price was very reasonable. the hotel is near numerous restaurants, shopping and transportation.
There is a restaurant on the premises. I would rate the food as adequate. There are better alternatives nearby. But, it is convenient.
the best feature of this hotel are its people. The staff is outstanding. Friendly, helpful and courteous. For the staff alone, I would give 5 stars. Add to this the cleanliness and I was very happy during my stay.
do not expect a luxurious hotel. That is not the Kabayan. what you get is excellent value.
I would stay again and recommend to friends.

Great Location for a solo traveler, clean room.

This will be one of my go to spots when commuting to Metro Manila. The location is very close to the MTR, you have a SM Hyper Market around the corner for groceries, the Areneta Mall, Victory Bus Terminal and Mall. Can't beat it. The rooms are rather small so if you travel heavy this place wouldn't be ideal for you. The staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms are quiet and clean. Good enough for a good nights rest.
Restaurant Tip:
Do yourself a favor and head to the Market outside of the Victory Mall, lots of Fruits and Veggies for cheap and if you can catch a street vendor frying or cooking up something fresh, get that also.

Acceptable hotel

The hotel is considered an old building type of hotel but it is acceptable to the value of the room and just good for stay.
Guards are very helpful. Receptionists are very excellent. I was received with a nice welcome and helped immediately to get my room.
Room is wide enough. Room is so clean. Wide bed. Satellite LCD TV. Telephone line. Service to the room.
Bath is so clean. Tidy. with hot water.
Internet is available in the room and reception area and restaurant.
Has a nice restaurant. Cooking and food is so delicious.
There are many restaurants and markets around the hotel.There are available transportation to the attractions and markets. Taxi service is available on call.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The hotel is close to most of the attractions. You could manage your time for tours from early morning to late night. Plans are available on the hotel reception or at any attraction point at the area.

Clean Hotel with a Great Location.

this hotel is a bit off the beaten path for a family, but perfect for couples and solo travelers. the hotel is within 5 minute walking distance to the lrt monumento train station. there are lot's of restaurants, street stalls and market's to suit your needs. the rooms are small for families but just fine for couples. very clean and quiet. the hotel staff is friendly and the street the hotel is on is away from the bustling area of caloocan.
Shopping Tip:
A Visit the Victory Mall on the way to the Monumento Station will get you everything and anything you need including Bus Transportation and some of the best Money Changer Rates to be found in Caloocan. Not to mention some awesome bargains on Fruits and Veggies.
