it was just for a night stay. It was ok. Aside from the friendly staffs and fast room service, everything else was just average. It is a budget hotel anyway, so I don't expect too high. Still value for your money if you want a budget hotel in Quezon City area.

COMFORTABLE STAY

Everything was ok, except when the room's power supply was cut off when I was taking bath. It was early morning and the staff even wanted me to go down to get another key. I was naked and full of soap! It took them a while before they responded.

The walls were dirty, the carpet made my daughter's soles black. No toothbrushes and toothpaste. WIFI access is VERY expensive, it should have been free! As with the other reviews, the breakfast was not good. They don't refill immediately. Coffee was ugh! Worst coffee ever!
Anyway, the pool made the stay good for all of us, that's what we were in there for.

a relatively relaxing and comfortable stay
large and comfortable room, nice swimming pool, accessibility of the hotel

the hotel was generally ok, however the room assigned to us was not that clean- carpet was a bit dusty, room had a musty smell. we stayed at la breza hotel 2 yrs ago and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay then. rooms were very clean since hotel was relatively new. i suggest that management improve the upkeep of the hotel's rooms and facilities.

the reception and bellboys were attentive but the staff in charge in 3rd floor were the swimming pools were located are rude and they have this imposed limit regarding the number of guests can use the pool . not party friendly. plus the staff hardly cleans the shower room.
