We experienced aircon malfunction at 12mindnight. Instead of transfering us to another room, it was a bit surprise that they asked they maintenance to come up in our room asking our permission to fix the aircon. I insisted to transfer us to another room before fixing the troubled aircon in the old room. It took them an hour.. We were not able to have a good night sleep because of that.
