to compare the pricing, this hotel is really good price for business travelers
the room is clean fully equipments, also good friendly staffs,
before i moved in, i read a lots bad comments, than i just have no much expectations
after check in , and i feel not so badly,
good room, all equipments in that room,
the only poor thing,
the pay internet not work, there is no wireless in room, also the lan cable not work (the connector problems) was requested to get another lan cable wait till 2nd night of mid night, also the internet quality is poor, it's really need to upgrade that system,
or you might not take this function you will have a good hotel

Good hotel for the price you pay

staff were pleasent and helpful.apart from that it was like any other hotel.the bedroom was comfortable and we were allocated a room with a nice view facing the gofl course.the neighbouring surroundings were a bit chaotic and far from convenience stores. some taxi drivers had difficulty to locate the hotel.it is near to a shopping mall approximately 8 minutes by taxi (minus the traffic jam).however, the bathroom was a bit run down.

Bad food selection but good housekeeping staff

We checked in at around 8pm and found that we have been upgraded to the executive suite due to their fully booked status. It was a welcome surprise and didn't argue with that. When we arrived at our room, it was ok but looked small since it was located at the corner. Bedroom with a bed and cabinet was separate from the dining area. A small tv and couch were also beside the dining table. Staff were always ready to say good morning with a smile whenever you see them. We were actually looking forward to the buffet breakfast since we have a busy day ahead but to our disappointment, there were no actual breakfast food available. Sure there were 2 kinds of bread and cereals but that was it. No bacon, sausage or anything familiar were available. They had 3 different kinds of unappetizing viand instead, food which one would normally eat during lunch. They also had an omelette station with limited choices. Since there's not much options, we opted for bell peppers and ham to be put in the omelette. When it came to our table, it looked more like scrambled eggs with toppings instead of an omelette. What irritated me the most was when one of the staff approached us and said, only 2 people can eat for breakfast because it's what's included in our room. She's actually right but given the circumstances, my daughter only ate a piece of bread and the way she said it made all the difference. So I asked her if she would make me pay for the piece of bread that my daughter ate, she dashed back to the other side of the room and asked another person to cone over to our table while she pretended to be busy. The other staff asked me if there was a problem, to which I replied, "you better ask her." Disappointing. Parking- narrow. No wifi in rooms. for internet connection but speed was really bad. Only consolation was warm housekeeping staff.

Our stay at lancaster was memorable. The room wasspacious, the staff are very friendly and helpfull. I also love the home made pancakes they seve during breakfast. Definitely I woll go back and recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

My stay here was good. They allowed late check in and I was lucky enough to be upgraded from a junior suite to 1-bedroom suite with no fees involved. The staffs were friendly even after their long day work - they were really accommodating and warm. The location is very strategic and the value is really worth it.

Upon arrival I was greeted by friendly staff. Unfortunately I had booked the hotel one day later by mistake. They said there was nothing they could do. Even after speaking with the general manager I had to pay the regular rate for the first day. Eventually Agoda shifted my 6 night stay forward and I was eventually refunded my first nights charges.
The hotel itself needs a facelift and is very dingy looking. Especially in the hallways and elevator lobbies. It's hot and humid and you have to wait for the elevator because it is not properly programmed. It goes up and down without stopping on your floor. The first night my bathtub was plugged. They sent staff to unclog it three times using a plunger. I had to go to the front desk and explain how plungers don't work on bathtubs. ( I am a construction contractor ) I had to insist a change of rooms. I was given another room right next to a room that looked like a crime scene. The door had been smashed open and a small padlock kept it closed. It had notices on the door. The next room also had several notices posted on it. Not a good sign. The room itself was o.k. It also looked like it had been a card club hangout and the paint looked old and smoke stained. The bathroom vent connected to other rooms and although I do not smoke the room would smell of smoke if I left the bathroom door open. The inter-net was another experience. The restaurant was bad. I ordered the same meal two days in a row. It was completely different the second day.
Restaurant Tip:
Eat elsewhere. Do not eat in the hotel. It's poor on a good day!

Very good service but not so great location

the staff was very friendly and helpful. however our stay cud be better. we were family travelers - with a 2.5 year old kid and they put us in a room with a bed might be enough for 1 adult only (and this is already upgraded room - we origionally booked double bed)
the hotel is a far from makati, and not much to do around, it feels like high way as there is a brigde outside and "high way" road, not really convininet for travellers, as we mostly walk around.
breakfast is really poor. and if u fly in with cebu and night flight, do get confirmation for early check in as we (esp the baby) arrived 5am and had to lay around to wait til 2pm
the pool doesnt look as nice as it is on photo. and its on the top floor which all the time takes u so long to wait for elevator

Bad experience I will never do it again

Let's start off with the parking space.
I don't know if it is just because the place is being renovated but parking is only one way and you have to wait for your turn to get down the ramp towards your parking space. Also, the space is too narrow and one mistake your car will sure have a scratch on the side. The parking is also not well lit, the only good thing there is is the parking boy who helps you direct your car and is very accurate. The elevator is also not conveniently directed for the customers from the parking area.
Next, let's go on to the check in process. There were three ladies in the front desk who will attend to you once you caught their attention. They were attentive enough but we were directed to our wrong room. We booked for a 1 bedroom executive suite but we were shown to our deluxe room instead. So, we waited for 5-10 mins before we were shown to a loft type 1 bedroom suite..which I do not know if that is an executive suite or what. My brother and I thought we were being misled with our room type. What's worst is that the aircondition unit in the bedroom was not working properly and was emitting a very foul odor which we thought maybe coming from the drainage system. We reported this to the maintenance and they went there. After 10 mins, he called and informed the front desk that we want a cooler unit. Stupid! He did not even bothered to check if the unit is working or not and he only informed the front desk that we wanted the aircon unit to be cooler!!!
And since we were with our parents, which are both senior citizens already, they cannot go up and down the loft to the bedroom. And the bedroom size was so small and you can not even go to the other side of the bed without climbing on the bed itself.
We were so pissed off, we actually wanted to check out and go to a different hotel because it was so uncomfortable in there. My brother decided to call the manager in shift and tell our predicaments.
