The worst hotel I have ever stayed at.
The only good thing was the accomodating nature of some of the staff.

Undoubtedly a huge disappointment: I paid for the one bedroom executive suite inclusive of breakfast, overpaid I should say .. and then there was an additional charge to use the pool or gym. The towels and bedding smelled bad and looked old and dirty / stained, the curtains were wrinkled like they were taken out of storage and hung without ironing, the furniture looks old and stained, there were only 2 available plugins for charging phones and both were far from the cable that had to be strung across the room to connect to the internet, connecting and staying connected to the internet with their password was hard to to do and required multiple logons every hour after completely reconfiguring your laptop network settings completely, there were cracks and gaps in the concrete of the walls in the hallways and pieces of the wall in the room completely missing, an old style television about 50 pounds and only 1 clear channel on cable and it was broadcast in tagalog instead of english, no plugin in the bathroom for curling hair or whatever, the shower is inside a regular bathtub, unorganized that there was no emergency evacuation plan, front desk / housekeeping phone number list, and no room service menu in the room at all so when you like to order the restaurant employee brings the menu and you feel rushed to order while he / she is there, the elevators are less than enough to get you to your rooms speedily especially because the employees use the same elevators as the guests. One guard was extremely rude and not treating the guests well. I prepaid for 5 days but left on the 2nd day swearing never to return. Because there was a no cancellation policy I let my driver and brother in law use that room and went to other hotel where I have been happy ever since.
