This brand new, ultra modern condo-hotel is centrally located with a 5-minute walk to the MRT Station and is the height of luxury in Manila.

stay here just don't expect much on the service

nice location. building still ok. lobby is ok. bed is ok. bathroom is ok.

elevator blowing hot air (not air conditioned). M1 eating place looks like a room with a few round table, each with 4 chairs. food is ordinary but the cook is young and cute. air condition on my room is leaking (maybe not all rooms, but on 1901 it is). curtain is broken. they don't seem to wipe the windows (i was there when they cleaned my room). so the traces of the last user will still be there at the window, so the percentage of getting H1N1 from a hotel is very high. requests will be entertained but not that soon.

to stay there is ok but their service is not. here's one. i asked them to change the towels and fix the broken curtains before going out around 3pm and when i came back around 1am the next day, there were no new towels and curtain is still broken. stay and hope you'll get a nice room with no broken items, else, you're going to have a hard time calling so many times to get it fixed.

Shopping Tip : better go to greenhills instead of the nearby shopping mall.

The hotel staff were really nice. The view over the city where the hotel was while eating.

Food was not good at all. Really the hotel itself is no place for Americans to leave because you are not use to stuff like that.

The only thing I liked about Manila is that the whole traveling to and from the Hotel is that you have so much to see and whatnot. But please don't waste your money on something like this because it is not worth it they really charge you more than you need to. The thing you need to do is just get in the on the internet and look at apartments.

the view from the 15th floor was the nicest thing about the hotel stay..staff was courtious and friendly....beautiful foyer and dinning room.

Location, location, location...this hotel is situated in the middle of chaos maximus...the traffic from the hotel is terrible. had constent flooding in bathroom and shower area. A/C was not sufficient in any way...I would seriously not recommend this hotel to anyone..

On a scale of 1-10 and 10 being the highest, I would rate this hotel a 3 at best...There are many better places to stay closer to the American Embassy. All the floors outside the elevators including the elevator are not air conditioned and at time smelly or bad odor...This was not a good stay at all...

Shopping Tip : nearby shopping at the Star Mall was nice
