Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Cozy Space, Great Service
Clean room, comfy bed, and best of all, staff that are friendly, polite, and only too happy to go the extra mile for you
9.3
I've nothing to nitpick over (except that it'd be nice if they can offer food even in the wee hours). My stays have always been hassle and fuss-free, and in fact, I just booked myself another week's stay here! Not to gush or anything but this is home away from home. I like that it's the right kind of small, the happy kind of quiet and private--always a good thing for those who feel lost in a big city.

Nice room ambiance
Good value for money, helpful and attentive staff
8.7
It's right infront of a hospital. Not a very good view though. The hotel facade looks old. But when you enter inside it is very different. Rooms are cozy and neat.
They have limited parking slot. Our car was double parked with their service car because they said it won't go out but in the middle of our sleep they woke us up to remove the car.

Charming hotel with attentive and caring staff
Size of room (Executive Suite); staff attention
9.7
the location is a bit odd and the activity in the streets at times can be off-putting but very safe. easier if you know how to use the bus and/or jeepneys to get to the lrt or mrt stations. very close to some great malls, too. cannot praise the staff enough -- always out of their way to be helpful. a great stay for an amazing price.
Shopping Tip:
Malls close by ... excellent prices and atmosphere. Take the minivans if you can - cheap and much more comfortable, usually.

Lovely Little Place
Comfy room, polite staff, quiet location
9.7
This is my umpteenth time to stay here and I have nothing but good things to say about it. I ask for my room to be cleaned every day, and they do it. I ask for fresh towels every day, too, and I get these promptly.
Hotel Feature Tip:
They don't offer pressing service, but they are more than willing to lend you an iron. Not too bad, really, if you don't mind doing the pressing yourself.

Friendly staff service with a smile
Great and helpful hotel staff
8.7
This is my second time checked into the inn, and the staff never fail to impress me. Upon checking in, the housekeeping staff assisted to carry my hand carry luggage into the room. Afterwhich, the staff even asked if I still need additional bathroom amenities. I then requested for an additional bath towel, and the staff was able to send the towel promptly. Even when I needed to take a taxi to somewhere, the secuirty guard gave all out to find a taxi for me along Quezon Ave. The room is a bit small, but you will find you have almost everything you need inside. Would love to check in the next time I visit there.

Quiet and Safe Home Away From Home
Comfortable rooms in a quiet little street
9.7
The rooms are on the small-ish side but they're perfectly cozy, clean, and very well-kept. This boutique hotel sits on a relatively quiet street. The upside is that a few steps up or down, you will find many restaurants and bars. Note that from the outside, Lemon Tree isn't too impressive. Inside, though, you will find living space that hums with a very homey vibe.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Some rooms are smaller than others. If yours doesn't come with a dining table and chair, don't hesitate to ask for these. The staff will provide these quickly.

Homey and Cozy Home Away From Home
Well-trained staff, well-kept rooms, relatively safe area
8.7
I'm a regular guest of Lemon Tree. I like that though their rooms are on the small and simple side, they are quite clean. They also have a very homey vibe. As for the staff, they're part of the reason I like staying here. They're always polite, they help carry things up to your room, and they're quick to respond to requests.
Hotel Feature Tip:
You have to pay to get Wifi in your room, which isn't too bad since it's VERY cheap at P100 for 24-hour access.

this hotel was really cute and nice. the junior suite was really nice and comfortable. so these are great compared to other hotels who take those as opportunity to hike up prices on these things. figaro coffee shop and restaurant is right below the hotel which is nice.
