Great Hotel
Complete amenities except for the slippers which wasnt available.

They need to fix the foul odor that comes from the drainage system in the comfort room.
If they could provide slippers that would be great.

Comfortable little hotel with attentive staff.
Clean and cozy hotel with comfortable rooms. The staff were very attentive and responsive.

This is great value hotel especially if you are doing most of your business in the Quezon City area. It's relatively new, so the rooms are spanking, the beds firm and the whole hotel clean and new looking. I would recommend this hotel highly for those looking for a clean, quiet and comfortable place in Quezon City.
Travel tip:
Book early. They only have 12 rooms.

Nice Hotel
The staff was exeptionally helpfull and hotel was very well presented, I like the location too. Transportation was not an issue

Our stay overall was very comfortable from staff service, it was exellent the way they treat their customer, the premises was looked after by housekeeping regularly. The location was suitable for business and social parts of my stay. The food in the attached Cafe "Figaro" is also very good. My only reccomendation would be possibly a to have a restaurant on the hotel premises. This is a great hotel to stay and save money. Overall very good and will certainly return.

I have stayed at Lemon Tree so many times, when leaving late in the day, i'd even for for the extra night. I arrived a few hours early, they let me have a room, no problem (or so I thought) My room had no hot water for a whole night an day, I had to use another room for showers. Fixtures (door handles) are falling off many doors. Elevator makes strange noise. On check out day, she informs me they charged me for coming in early. After the many times I stay here (probably 30 nights this year) this is how they treat a loyal customer? No thanks, Ill stay at another quality hotel, thats closer to everything. Lemon Tree used to be my favorite, but I will never stay here again.

It was nice to stay this hotel. Hotel staffs are very kind, however, when arriving at the room, one light and the safe box were broken. I needed to spend 1 hour to figure out how to make those work with the help from hotel sfaffs. Also, The shower was out of order, and hot water didn't work. Hotel staffs kindly suggested me to use the shower in the other room...
In summary, if you need the perfection, it'd be better to go more expensive hotels. But this hotel was comfortable enough for me. So, I would like to stay if having any other chances.
