Hotel room was very clean and smelled good. The bed is comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. They have a nice gymn and pool that you can use. They have a spa. There's a convenience store next door for your basic needs. The major shopping centers are just 2 blocks away, a 10 minute walk.
Great service. Staff friendly and helpful.
Breakfast buffet was very good; but selection could use some variety.
- Travel tip : It may be hard to get a taxi from the main entrance. Better to use hotel taxi. Rates are reasonable. Security and reliability a great plus.

I booked this hotel at the last minute and was not disapointed. The staff and particularly the porters, security, concierge and reception are very helpful and informative. The rooms are great and of a 5* standard, including all aminities such as tea/coffee, mineral water,bath robe,etc... Also for the business man, the desk with internet connection and sockets creates a good working environment. The beds are really comfortable and the feather pillows is a plus. The buffet breakfast has a good variety of western and Asian food, the only problem is that the restaurant is far too small when the hotel is full as it was the case during my stay meaning you have to wait for a table or share with another guest. Also the number of lifts at different locations make it sometimes difficult to find your way. All in all, an excellent hotel. I had dinner one night in one of the hotel restaurant. I was the only guest. Food is alright but overpriced.

- Shopping Tip : The hotel is situated 5 minutes walk from Megamall which is a huge shopping mall where you are able to find all sort of shops.

Hotel is clean, and offers modern facilities, although it would have been nicer if it offered free wifi access as most business/ 4-5 star hotels would. But besides this, would recommend this hotel since location is perfect if you like shopping. Megamall, one of the largest malls in the Philippines is just a 5 minute walk.
Location is great since it is near to 3 major malls.
Toothbrush not included.
