Courteous staff, clean rooms and common areas. The Linden Suites Hotel is close to The Medical City Hospital (TMC), if you are going to get medical care at TMC.
They didn't have my no-smoking room available when I arrived and it was late at night (I booked through Agoda). But they upgraded me and then transferred me the next day-they moved my luggage that I had packed before I left for the day and had my new room key ready when I returned from my day trip.
The hotel is located in close proximity to the SM Mega Mall and less than 2 miles from The Medical City (TMC) Hospital. So if you are going to be seen at the TMC, this is a convenient place to stay. The street fronting the hotel is quite busy, especially during peak traffic hours. I felt secure at the hotel and never worried about my safety. The room that I got was very clean and everything worked the way it should. Be warned that the internet services at the hotel is for a fee (around $10 USD). The free breakfast that is provided is okay and the variety is not bad. Don't look for top level variety and quality-you get what you pay for (free).

Good sized comfortable rooms
Linden remains the best value for money in Ortigas and MNL area. Rooms are very well maintained, comfortably appointed, and exceptionally clean. Similarly rated and priced hotels do not compare. Breakfast remains the only downfall... breakfast buffet is basic. Internet access is fast and reliable, work desk and ergonomic chair comfortable. Lifts fast and reliable, and the staff are friendly and willing to help with any questions. Better value that most of teh 5 star options.
Shopping Tip : If you came to MNL to go shopping... get a new travel agent

Swimming Pool and Jacuzzi
I was not able to bring in some bottles of beer (only beers in can are allowed)
I was once a guest of a friend who checked in before. I really liked the place especially the pool and jacuzzi. So, I wonder what it's like to be there overnight.
First time that I celebrated my birthday in a hotel/suite. It was fun, and I get to relax in the pool and jacuzzi, especially because it's really rare that there are other people dipping there.
I will definitely go back for a longer stay next time.
