Courteous staff

Expensive Internet Access Charge

Almost all of the staff were always smiling. It made me having a home-like feel. However, the Internet fee in the hotel room was quite expensive - PhP280 per hour or Php560 per day. Nevertheless, there was an Internet cafe nearby(Just 5-min walk). The cafe provided no drink but a much less expensive Internet access service - PhP45/hour or PhP1 per min. If you wanted to have webcam session, PhP85/hr would be charged.

Excellent staff, spacious rooms, good location

Still a bit remiss in the breakfast department

Linden is rated as a 4 star, but has all the facilities offered by a 5 star without the high cost. Not a glitzy environment, but rather more suited to someone conducting business in Ortigas or MNL. Very spacious comfortable rooms and an adequate business centre for client meetings if required. The biggest asset of this hotel is the staff. Checkin / out is fast, friendly and efficient. A good sized work desk in the room and (now) complimentary internet. Linden remains my preferred stay in MNL over and above the 5 star options including PanPac, Mandarin, and Penn.

Restaurant Tip : Ortigas has no shortage of eating houses within walking distance of Linden

I found the hotel in a good location as it is close to Shangrila Mall and Asian Developmental Bank. I had a very large room with separate living room and office room for lap top use. The breakfast was average as they did not large quantity of fruit. I did not eat lunch or dinner there. Reception staff is very polite.The traffic in front of the hotel is horrible . It is always back to back. So you practically have to wait for a long time to get to any where.

Travel tip : shopping malls and lot of offices .
