OUTstanding service, wonderful food, great free breakfast, very comfortable room.
NO cons...would stay here ANYtime I have business at the US Embassy or other place close by.
After check in, we (my wife, our son and my mother in law) realized the room we were in was too small for the additional mattress we requested. We went to the desk and informed them of this and within 45 minutes, we were in a larger room with a roll away bed and a sofa. Very comfortable. The AC was very nice and the shower water was always warm. The buffet breakfast is the best I have seen in any hotel I have stayed at in Manila. Many items to choose from and omelettes to order. The dinner menu in the restaurant is wonderful. If I ever have to stay at another hotel, I will surely STILL eat at the restaurant in this hotel.

Nice staff, great location.
Dirty linens and no complimentary sandals inside the room.
The hotel should have been great if not for the lack of sandals and the dirty linens. It would have been a great value for money.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Hobbit Bar is just around the corner.

staff in the front desk are strict dont know how to smile...
nice location.,room are clean and nice...doorman are doing there jobs..will stay here again if the staff in information area will know how to smile...
Restaurant Tip : fastfoods are very near in hotel.,mall also is just a walking distance...
