They made some bad mistakes

I made a reservation for three people.I paid for an executive deluxe room large enough for three people to sleep. I did not travel but made the arrangements for my fiancee and her family. When she checked in they gave her a room with two single beds. So, for the first night two people slept in a single bed. I called in the morning and complained and they offered a different room.. But they were perfectly willing to provide a substandard room with insufficient sleeping space for three people. I am not satisfied and want to be refunded for the cheaper room the first night.

I would recommend this place to my friends. It is reasonable, very clean and modern. The staff were very accommodating especially Cathy (housekeeping).
I don't have any negative thing to say about this hotel.

Lotus Garden Hotel
Clean place. The gym is small but adequate, however some equipment was not working well. Free breakfast is good with nice selection.

There were many panhandlers outside the hotel. The hotel staff tries to put foreigners in roadside room and it is impossible to sleep because all you hear is bad mufflers and horns all night long. One of my worst stays ever
Travel tip:
be carful at night there are all types of characters outside they close th lobby at midnight.

Well located in Ermita. Good value hotel.

I frequently stay at this hotel based on its central location in Ermita, and good value. Front office male staff can be off handed at times but most of the girls are pleasant. Some standard rooms can be small and on one side, noisy. Best to get at least a superior room for space although some are internal and therefore no natural light. Wifi is free in public areas. Breakfast is a good standard for this category of hotel.
Nightlife Tip:
G Point bar across the road is a great place for a drink and music without being hassled by hookers. Waitresses are generally good fun and polite.

There are better Hotels for the same price. It has the quality of a so so Motel. The gym is small but OK. Overall OK but there is better for the same money.

The room was nice with T.V., A/C, and free wifi (which had low signal strength and occasionally disappeared altogether, worked better in the lobby and restaurant). The location is close to Rizal Park and Intramuros. Staff was very nice and professional, food in restaurant was good and reasonably priced.
