Lovely hotel and great service with great location

The hotel was lovely. The staff provide a great service and extremely friendly. Allowed me to check in four hours early and always very security conscious with their guests best interests at heart.
Buffet breakfast was very tasty however the selection of both drinks and food items were somewhat limited. That being said still great value for money and fantastic service from the wait staff.
Nightlife Tip:
Head next door to the Cowboy Grill for great food, live entertainment and cheap alcoholic beverages. A great time to be had for the entire family.

It is a good location for shoppers. You can easily take a taxi for sightseeing around the Manila city. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly.
Shopping Tip:
The Robinson mall is very near to the hotel. Just a walking distant away. Another shopping mall nearby is the SM mall. You can find variety of products at the shopping mall depending on your budgets.

Id say i never had a good sleep, traffic noise is terrible! Front desk gave me an options band side ( where you could hear loud music or street side) Floor in my room is so dirty, slippers will cost you 200 pesos..i struggled with the shower temperature, either extreme cold or extreme hot..staff were nice though..television reception is so poor!
Restaurant Tip:
You can find good restaurants and convenient store every corner plus robinsons mall is just few minutes away.

Disappointing service & policies.

We've stayed at this hotel many times and liked it .. but I think management or policies have changed, and now they are just there to get every penny from you.
We showed up to check in, and then insisted upon charging us for both rooms. Then in the morning, they would only give us one breakfast coupon, even though we were a family of 3, with a 5 yr old.
I won't be staying there again.

overall, the hotel is great in the inside. Good amenities for business travellers and the lightings is bright enough to make u feel homely and cosy. But outside hotel, u need to watch your personal belonging, pickpocket are rampants so only wear jeans with your wallets and phone in front so you can slip your hands into your packet. Never use their call girls services first is not safe and u never know what u lost after u wake up(happen to other people i heard), also watch out for kids because they are the pickpocketeers.

This hotel provide basic ammenities for economic travel. It is located near some tourist spot such as the Rizal park and the Aquaria. You can walk to Robinson shopping centre within 3-5 minutes. There you can get many restaurants which serve various type of food. There is also a casino located further down. A tour and travel agency is also located in the hotel which make it easy if you need a guided tour around Manila.
Nightlife Tip:
Take a short walk Cowboy Grill. Food is good and the beer is cheap.

i always look for the most number of positive reviews in agoda when i travel and this one too did not disappoint. located in a busy street regardless of the time of day, it was easily located by the cab driver from the airport. doorman and front desk staff were courteous even if they had us wait for almost half an hour for our room to get ready. oh well, i'm not complaining though as my prayers were answered. they upgraded us into a deluxe accomodation without having me to ask for it. room was decent, clean and quiet. bed and pillows were ok. housekeeping and room service were satisfactory. daily morning newspaper was at our doorstep and breakfast was almost the same everyday. hats off to a waiter named vic, who always was ready with a smile and was very attentive even to the minutest detail. he showed me the importance of loving our work. taxis were easy to hail. and my request for a late checkout approved. thank you lotus garden!
