Location was good to everything especially Robinson's shopping centre is 5 minutes walk from the hotel.
For some reasons, cleanliness remains the paramount edge for the client.

I have stayed at this hotel for the last 4 yrs and is my first preference when I go to Manila. I love the staff who are always friendly and accommodating. The central location to Manila's night spots is also a big bonus and many lovely eating places close by with the Mall just around the corner.

This is a great hotel ... very clean spacious friendly people and the location is really awesome near in good places ...
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
I can recommend for you to walk .. We've (my girlfriend) stayed there 3 times . Still really great even the food for breakfast are really good.

I always stay at Lotus Gardens when I am in Manila. Last time I was there I left my passport, ticket and phone in the taxi that I took to the airport on the way home. I went back to LG and the staff had tracked down the taxi company and a few hours later the passport and ticket were recovered. Service at the hotel is excellent, staff very helpful and do their job well, security excellent, buffets are generous and cater for both Western and Asian tastes. Room rates very reasonable. Highly recommended.

checked in late at evening, check in process no problem, was actually suprised that the rooms were so small, i was expecting bigger. in general stay was ok, clean enough but basic, probably i would rate as a 2 star hotel.
Shopping Tip:
Robinsons is close by.
