nice and clean room,breakfast,morning paper,safe and walk to embassy and st. mary's should have a better price for stay of 3 days or more it was a good pick,went there because it was close to usembassy,and it was a nice, clean,and safe hotel.i liked to food,and then free paper in the morning too,i would recomend it and also close to st.mary's for your medical

The room furnishings were modern and sty;ish.
The staff were attentive and polite.
I stayed here after experiencing a number of buget hotels in the Malate area. This one is the best as the room had a bathtub. I would welcome a no smoking policy as the room smelled of smoke. The hotel bar is excellent and the staff were very polite.

It is situated just a stone throw away from my favourite halal food restaurant. The staff are not sensitiveto customers feelings and complaint. The dining room staff are very good on the other hand. What a filthy site.ihave stayed in this hotel for many years but the last trip spoiled it all just because of the insensitivity of a front desk staff.

Cleanliness, Check-in process, Small and not good-looking lobby, small bath room I stayed two nights at Lotus Garden Hotel. This hotel is located in Mabini street and not far from the airport. Just cross the road to 7eleven and only less than 5 minutes to Robinson by walk. The location is good! The staff is quite helpful, but takes too long time for check-in and deposit the bag. The room is quited big, but look old. The bath room is small and no bathtub. I don't like breakfast. There are few kinds of food.
Shopping Tip : Less than 5 minutes to Robinson by walk.

Room decoration is old Staff was friendly,breakfast was acceptable.The outlook such aslobby was pretty good but inside the room didn't look like outside at all,no room decoration and room floor was not clean at all.The room facilities was satisfied but no shower cap.over all is a good choice for location considering.
Shopping Tip : Robison mall is in walking distance, and a good rate of money changer is in it.

Great folks are working here No cons. Can't find a better hotel in all of Philippines Due to an error on my part, we arrived at the hotel a day early and they did not have any vacancies for the room I had paid for through Agoda. So, for the first night, we had to pay for the deluxe room and were told that we would have to switch rooms in the morning. Well, when we called down the next morning, we were told that they would accept the Agoda voucher for the room we had reserved and not make us move. To me, that is a good hotel. They still have the best free breakfast I had ever had at a hotel...anywhere.
Hotel Feature Tip : Very close to St. Luke's Hospital and the US Embassy for those looking to go through the VISA process as we did. All was great

Good location close to bars, Roxas Blvd. and US Embassy. Very helpful staff. Very dated decor and smaller room. Don't book this hotel if you want 100% quiet as it's on a noisy street. Ok for me but might bother others. The staff was very accomodating and friendly.

Great location - 3 minutes walk to Robinsons Mall
Excellent breakfast inc free of charge
Good foreign exchange rate at reception Because it's central Manila there are child beggers everywhere so you need taxi's to avoid them, but that's not the hotel's fault. This applies to all central hotels, only way to avoid it is to go out of centre but that limits food / entertainment options. Very pleased indeed, great value, great location. Room was clean and large. Room service was quick and cheap. Location means your minutes from Robinsons Mall and all the restraunts and theres a Chow King and Jollie Bee at the end of the street and a great chinese up the road.

Good location. 10 minute walk from Robinson Mall. Friendly staff. Cheap given the nice location Had no view from my window. Another building was blocking my window view, so it was always dark in my room unless the light was on. Nice place. Since the hotel is located in the heart of Manila, I say it is relatively cheap . Also it comes with a free breakfast buffet. Staff is quite friendly, though some times it seems like they are giving the robotic "hi sir" and smile routine. The rooms of the hotel are decent looking. They are definitely comfortable enough for sleeping in and watching TV. Overall, nice place and nice location.

Its in a good position for people I need to see. Its not easy to find. The taxi I got didn't know were it was. I found the service good and the staff friendly, but the rooms need some work, though the bed was comfortable. The WiFi wasn't working in my room. The food was marginal but OK. The road the hotel is in doesn't have easy access but it is near the night life if that's what you want.

good restaurant, helpful staff (apart from reception), clean room, slow check in and check out, reception staff not very kind, room a little small The hotel is located at Mabini Street in Ermita. Doesnt take long to get to the Airport. The biggest con of this hotel is proably the reception, took a horribly long time to check in(15min) and to check out (15min). Otherwise the staff was good. I found my room to be a little small but otherwise good, comfortable and clean. The restaurant is also good. I can recommend a stay in Lotus Garden

Very good quality for the reasonable price. Beautiful lobby, restaurant, bar area. Lots of very helpful hotel personnell... smiles, politeness.. eager to help. Free breakfast was very good.. changed menus everyday.. a nice place to sit and enjoy a good breakfast. AC although not powerful, was very adequate.Food from restaurant was good. Travel services available (tours, rentals, etc). In my room (deluxe) it was quiet.. no noise from street. No microwaves. Coffeemaking materials were only water heating, and instant coffee.. not real coffeemaking. No options for watching pay per view movies or rentals. I enjoyed my stay at the Lotusgarden. The price was with an upgrade to a deluxe. The reception area (lobby, desk, bar, restaurant) was very nice. The rooms were nothing special, but adequate and averagely nice. The AC worked, and at night if left on full.. the room would get quite cool. My room was nice an quiet with no outside noise to interrupt sleep, although I'm not sure if all rooms enjoyed this trait. There was no tub, only a shower.. the hot water worked well enough. The people at the hotel really tried hard to give good prompt service. Everyone was polite and full of smiles. I enjoyed my stay.
Travel tip : Be sure not to skip breakfast. The free buffet is good, and an enjoyable place to sit, eat, and start your day. Robinsons Mall is only a quick 5 minute walk away.. nice for shopping, dining, movie theater. The hotel can help you in planning travel activities in their business center. They can provide transport to the airport for only 550p also, and car rental is available for longer term excursions.
