Very friendly service from hotel's staff. Good location with lots of activites, restaurants, shops etc on the same street. Walking distance, one way to big Robinson's Shopping map, other way to Manilla Pavilion Hotels and Casinos. Even to Roxas Boulevard (Manilla Bay). Apart from that good for a budget hotel.
Close to entertainment and shops. Friendly Staff.
Need to upgrade room furniture. Air-condition unit is old and a bit noisy. No in-room safe boxes.
- Shopping Tip : Centralized location for everything.
Changed my mind regarding this place

As a frequent business traveller to PI I like to try and find places where its easy to stay at.
Originally Lotus Garden looked good but on second and third stays now I have realised its only average at best.
They seem to manage to stuff up my booking every time. They had my bag in storage and I asked the porter to bring it up. 30 minutes later the bad had not arrived and I went down to find him chatting with the receptionist.
Rooms on second floor accessible by stairs
Staff attention to detail, staff performance
- Hotel Feature Tip : Best feature for me was checking out
Poor Location from my standards

This is but an old Hotel given the help of a make over
I can say that it is clean to a certain degree but still unhappy with the over all stay
It had doors to keep the bugs away
It was dark over all, the street life well lets just put it free
Easy Stay Hotel

Good location with numerous restaurants etc nearby. Lots of bars in the area if thats your thing.
During breakfast they provide a soup of the day.
Staff were all nice. It is Phillipines so they are all nice but sometimes just like 5 star hotels they can be a bit slow but not an issue really.
Good for business travelers as doesn't have congestion in morning that hotels further down towards Malate have.
- Hotel Feature Tip : Breakfast soups are great.
dated hotel, but clean

Nice, secure hotel and the price is very good for what you get. Unless on a bigger budget, would pick this hotel. Plan on staying again.
- Restaurant Tip : Really have to check out the Hobbit house, it's just around the block. Something to talk about.
