even i showed them my booking confirmation number took them 1 hour to check me in ,another 40 minutes lost because safety box not working .this hotel is in a dark alley easy target from thieves not safe at all .its is smelly stinky dirty inside and outside this so called hotel is smellier than a city land fill photos looks nice but in fact its dirty old hotel
Travel tip:
Stay away from this dump we didnt last 10 minutes we walk out and checked at royal bellagio excellent service fully secured hotel

I like the location , aand the nice rooms . The breakfast was not so goood at the resturant near by not inclued much. All the hotel was good .

I had a pleasant stay in Lourdes Suites. Liked the reception girl. She was very helpful. Best part of this hotel is its location. Everything is just a stone throw away. Right behind this hotel is the best club in Manila.. The Buddha Bar.
Only the morning breakfast which comes along with the room is not at all good. You try to book without the breakfast.
