Emmylou D. Families with young children Philippines, January 01, 2013	Poor ammenities, good staff Good location 3.7 The hotel is new but their room amenities are really bad. Their air conditioners have dirty filters, so it was so hot inside the room. Even if it was a bedroom suite, they just have 1 air conditioning unit for the whole area-which does not help at all. Their sofa smells really bad so it was impossible to sit on them. Nightlife Tip: The hotel is near Burgos circle, Fort strip and Bonifacio High Street-so their location is very convenient. When we stayed there for the New Year’s eve, the night life places were fully parked, so it was easier for us to walk to our destination. There are plenty of restaurants and bars near the area.

In the heart of Fort Bonifacio Global City, you can't beat the proximity to shops, bars and restaurants. 4.7 I prefer to stay at higher end hotel because that is where I am most comfortable. Having said that, this is the Philippines and one most be somewhat flexible with the features of most hotels. When I booked at the Lux Residences, I paid a premium to stay here. As such, I was expecting that at least the basic amenities would be met. Cleanliness, AC and Hot water... No such luck at this place. Problem #1: Mosquito infested room. Since I was on the 8th floor, I was surprised to have been bitten so much within the first 20 minutes of being in the room. The staff did nothing to remedy. Problem #2: Dirty and rusty towels. I am not sure how long these towels had been in circulation but it was clear that some of that dirt was never going to come out. Problem #3: No AC unit in the living room. In fact, no windows either.. Very strange layout. Minor Problem #4: Slow to warm up, hot water. I can forgive this one, but its worth mentioning, you better start your hot shower 5 mins before you want to get in it.

Groups Philippines, September 25, 2012	Convenient location location; every convenience (with many options) is within a few minutes walk; good provision for parking - a prized commodity at Fort Bonifacio 8 The hotel is strategically located. Very near banks, restaurants/cafe's, hospital/pharmacy, shopping center - all walking distance. It helps if the weather is good. Best is they have parking. Premises are clean and well maintained. Staff are friendly. Breakfast - if it comes with the accomodations, is another convenience as it is served in the room. Amenities are provided as well - ref, microwave, sink, dining table, couch, tv in the living and bedroom, and sufficient storage for clothes and other items. Only concern is the ramp to parking areas in the upper floors since only one is provided and used by both incoming and outgoing, but traffic is not normally busy. Shopping Tip: walking distance to High Street Mall; also offers many choices for dining from fastfood to fine dining.
