first, the checkin process took nearly an hour since no room where ready on arrival and they need to clean it. Then I've been given an old and tired room, I refused it since I knew they have better ones. So only 2 hours and 30 mins after my arrival, I could rest on an acceptable room. That's way too long.
The room cleaning is also very long, expect to wait a couple of hours after your call before you see them. If you're not in the room, they'll not clean it.
Appart from that, the place is OK

Near St. Luke's extension clinic

We checked in at the Luxor Suites because it's near St. Luke's where we were scheduled for a medical check up. It's just a short walking distance to St. Luke's and it's close to several tourist attractions. We were upgraded to a one bedroom suite. It was spacious and it was thoughtfully furnished with your convenience in mind. I have to mention that their staff were all very helpful and friendly. Overall, the Luxor is a good value for your money.

we had a great time during our stay. room is okay except for the trash that was not collected, rags are dirty, tissues were not replenished (one roll for 3 days), no warm water in the bathroom on our first day but it was fixed after i reported the problem. i suggest you change the cover and foam of sofa. towels are small and looks old.
i have to wait for the room to be available and found out that i waited because hotel staff just finished cleaning the room.
