GOOD HOTEL FOR THE VALUE
CLOSE, CLEAN, PRICE
THE HOTEL WAS A GOOD PRICE FOR THE MONEY THAT I PAID FOR THE HOTEL IS CLOSE TO THE U.S. EMBASSY ACROSS FROM THE 7-11 TO GET A SNACK ABOUT 9 MINS WALK TO THE ROBINSON MALL SHOPPING OTHER THAN THAT THE ROOM WAS BIG WITH A KITCHEN TO COOK AND HOT WATER FOR YOUR SHOWER IN A NUTSHELL ITS A GOOD BUDJET HOTEL.

very enjoyable
loc ation, close to majorshopping centre, transport at door
my stay at mabini mansions was as usual,, very enjoyable..the staff was great, the room was very large and bathroom spacious.. location is great, with harrison plaza and robinson plaza close by,, travellers need to be wary of pickpockets in crowded areas of mabini street ,,keep all valuables hidden from view.

Awful!!!!
Nothing good int htis rotten hotel..
Its Awful. I book and thinking what is on the picture is same in person. But when I checked in the room smelle really really bad, bed are rotten, sofa and kitchen are looks like been ravaged by goons. then I went down to reception to ask what kind of room is that looks like a pigpen, and I asked them if they can upgrade my room from standard to suiteA, then they said ok, for adding more than 1,000 pesos, for a little bit better but still really old room. then when we moved theres no towel, no soap nothing at all and roomboy have a hard time to find towel for us. OMG!!!

Poorly lit, needs repairs especially the bathroom
Large room
The hotel is strategically located. However, it clearly needs lots of repairs. The room is poorly lit giving the room an eerie feel. The toilet flush doesn't work properly. The mattress needs to be replaced. It is already flat and thin in the middle compared to its sides.

my stay was ,as usual great,, ive been staying at this hotel,, on and off for 30 years now,, and i would recommend this place to anyone,, comfortable,, no hassles,, and great room service, plus a good bathroom to swing your arms about, not hitting side walls ,as in other places ive stayed,, my advice,, ask fot 5th and 6th floors

At the Mabini again....
Location, location and location
and her explanation why, is because the hotel does not have "Clean The Room" signs for the guests to hang on the door ...how irrational is that?, but that is verbatim what I was told. Another strange thing, I traveled with my girlfriend and my daughter, i.e. 3 persons ... there was no additional charge for my daughter, but if we wanted a third pillow, that would cost extra. Well they lose, I win ... I am back in Manila again for two weeks next month,
