Great Service...good location

The staff couldn't have treated me better. I travelled for 3 weeks and this was the best example of customer service I saw. Hotel in good location...especially for those travellers wanting the nightlife. Rooms clean and of a good quality. Didn't try any food and so can't comment on that front.
Would definately recommend.

The Makati Palace is constant. It has good location, a reasonable quality of room and service and is not too expensive.
I wish they would standardise all the rooms also.
The exec rooms are acceptable bu tthe standard rooms somettimes leave a little to be desired, depending on what floor they are on.
Good pool. Good lobby, good coffee shop.
Nightlife Tip:
Its right outside!

the staff and reservation girls were very good and helpful. requested non smoking and no problem
is very handy to bars and food and shopping
wanted late checkout and also no problems to the staff
then minded bags in back room till time for taxi to the airport
pool great but gym needs update

I will definately not to stay this hotel next time. If you expect to sleep over in Makati, this hotel is OK but only if your key works.

Stylish hotel

upon arrival i was initially very impressed as the hotel's exterior looks plush, it is conveniently located close to glorietta 4 where i often dine and the bar circuit. i was mildly disappointed by the fact that they insisted on my leaving a p2,000 deposit despite my having prepaid for 3 nights weeks in advance. i requested that the minibar and all for sale items be removed but still had to pay it. oh well at least it was returned upon checkout.
another sore point was that despite my request for 2 key cards i was informed that their machine doesn't work tonight. so i asked then can i have one tomorrow and was informed that they only issue one and if you lose it you need to pay p500 (yikes) are they serious? then of course there is the fee of p150 per hour for internet service which i graciously declined as the mall nearby offers free!
well the bed was soft and i fell straight asleep nightly.
Restaurant Tip:
hotel across the street makes a great breakfast!

i was very please with the location but the room and linen were a bit too old. staff communication with guest could also be improved. hotel taxi service was expensive and taxi's along bourgois street were always asking more than the metre. cleanliness of the roads and pavements around the hotel needs improvement as well as good maintenance,
Restaurant Tip:
The food at the Italian and Spanish restaurants nearby the hotel were good and worth atry.

price wise and comforts the palace is the go best swimming pool in manila
