Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

when you make your check in they ask you to pay 2000 pesos for deposit...why? then when you chek out...if you give them in cash you have to ask for them back otherwise they don't do it spontaneously...if you pay with credit card...when you go home you will realize that they did charge you for this 2000 and you have to ask to your credit card company to get them back...they trick you!!!
hey manager of this stupid hotel...who the fuck you think you're to trick people like that?
Hotel Feature Tip:
change staff....change manager....fix and refurbish rooms

the concierge and lobby area looked nice enough, but when i took the lift up to my floor, it looked like a nightmare. as if i stepped into another world. the security and the cleanliness of the place was shabby. no aircon on the floor area, open windows letting rain in, torn carpets, etc. even the door knob on the room door was shakey.
i asked if they had wi-fi, but it was chargeable at 120 pesos per hour, which was ridiculous, especially when there is an internet cafe charging 40 pesos per hour across the street. i needed a flat-pin converter to charge my phone so i asked the reception for one. they wanted to charge me 120 pesos for the converter! utterly ridiculous. i do not recommend this hotel.
Hotel Feature Tip:
There are better hotels around the area.

Good location, good value
6.3
This hotel is right in the heart of the P. Burgos district of Makati. The streets are busy and strip clubs are everywhere. Not much else to do nearby. The hotel is decent although many of the rooms stink of smoke! Apparently they have non-smoking floors, but they ignored our request for this. On the upside, it's tucked a bit off the main street so is pretty quiet.

Good hotel in the heart of the Nightlife district
Friendly staff. Quite big and very clean room.
8.3
All was prepared when I arrived in the hotel. The check-in was less as 3 minutes. All in the room was complete and working! (Quite rare in the Philippines.) To check-out was a little bit more difficult. When I arrived I had to show my creditcard, they made a xerox and I had to sign. I was using some articles from the minibar and I want to pay by my creditcard. That was only possible after the consulted the manager!
Nightlife Tip:
This hotel is in the heart of the nightlife district of Makati. There are a lot of beggars, vendors and cheaters. Be careful. The vendors are selling at very, very high prices.

All your basic modern needs for a reasonable price
7.3
It is an aging hotel, but has all the basic things you'll need. It is 3* not 4*, but is comfortable and the location is ok. It is a little seedy in the area, but after searching for other hotels for around the 50-60 usd mark this one seemed to be the best value.
Nightlife Tip:
There i far better night life in Manila, than what is in the area around the hotel.
