this hotel is within striking distance to makati city's business centers... a short ride from nice malls... except for the dripping/leaking airconditioners inside the hotel lobby and restaurant, this hotel is a good value for money... staff are polite and respectful...

the hotel is close to ziggurat, a very good mediterranean restaurant... the hotel is clean and reasonable at its rate... i also noticed that the airconditioners would leak/drip inside the hotel's lobby or restaurant...

this hotel is also close to some bars... depends on your preference, but you might not like it...

right outside the hotel, you can find lots of bars & pubs to chill. they operated till very late, some even opens for 24hrs. as well as very cheap massage shops & mid range restaurants. very very good location if you are into drinking & chilling:) especially for solo traveller, you will not be bored with so much things happening around. hotel's security are tight which is a good thing.

Value for money for sure! Friendly hotel staffs!

not walking distance to shopping district. cab ride takes about 10mins. not really suitable for family traveller as there are too much adult night entertainments around the hotel.

One nice thing is that there are a few 24-hour restaurants in the area. If you have to follow US hours, this is a godsend.

This hotel is a trap. Period. The food is overpriced. The laundry omg, was 842 pesos. I got the same laundry done for 150 the next week at a walk in laundry house. They charge you if you bring in outside food. Forcing you to eat at their cafes and restaurants. Which are over priced. They advertising on agoda as having broadband internet. Its wi-fi in the cafe for 150 pesos per hour! And always needs to be refreshed, and only one staff member knows how to work the wi-fi. I was so disappointed I felt trapped and stuck there. And rarely left my room or the hotel. This hotel is in the middle of a redlight district. At night you're always approached by hookers and guys selling viagra. All around the area is nothing but bars. So you cant find a restaurant if you wanted. And when I left, the Hotel wanted to charge me 630 pesos for a Taxi ride from the hotel to Malate. The mini bar is even overpriced. And if you don't eat in the cafe or restaurant, you're forced to eat the stuff in the mini bar. This was the worst stay I ever had anywhere. Staff was ok, but limited on English. I gave up after the 2nd day.

  • Nightlife Tip : You can be approached by anything that moves at night for a massage and sex. And people everywhere selling Viagra. This is not a good spot for this hotel or even advertising this hotel on agoda. For a thrifty traveler, its a trap!

Downstairs there is a disco and a karaoke, not suitable for a family trip.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times and find it one of the best in Manila. I will be coming back and the overall treatment by the staff is one of the great points. The gym is wonderful and the view from the roof while working out is very nice. You can stay at this place as a family or single, there is something for everyone to do there or in the surrounding area. The location is excellent. I was happy that I found this hotel and althought you may look at the price and think twice, once you are there, you will realize you found a wonderful bargin. Please have a spa treatment there - it will make you feel like a new person.

The rooms are very clean and you feel very secure at this hotel. I found it to be a very pleasant place with a great location, walking distance to everything, Greenbelt, malls. This has to be one of the best hotels in Manila. The price is less than what its worth. The rooms are wonderful with great movies etc. The service and staff are very nice and provide the best service - please tip them. The spa is second to none and the gym has a great view with a pool very nice and so clean.

The internet was a wash in the business office but the cafe across the street is good.

  • Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Walk out of the hotel to the left and walk down about three blocks to greenbelt - everything is there and its really a safe good place.
