Fantastic, as always!
The staff, the staff, the staff! What else can I say. It's a great hotel for the buck and most importantly the staff is always courteous, professional and friendly, particularly the front desk.

My stay at Makati Palace was great as always. It has become my home away from home when I am in Makati on business. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean and well laid out. The restaurant serves a good breakfast at a great price. The only things I would love to see change are the lack of free internet( most area hotels have) and doing away with the P2000 deposit upon check in. It is a minor inconvenience but an inconvenience nonetheless to have to wait for them to check the room upon checkout so I can get my deposit. They have my credit card on file. I've stayed there 9 or 10 times now. Seems a little silly. Either way, I will continue to choose Makati Palace for my lodging needs.

Location was great, has a pool and business centre. Check in Speed is OK and a large room

Stay was spoiled because for three nights (despite me asking EVERY day) i had to try and sleep with a flashing light in my room. it was never fixed. Also, the hotel will not let you charge either breakfast or room service to your room. Ridiculous. They also told me breakfast was 400 pesos but after i ate it was close to 500 pesos. No safes in the rooms. i wont be back there again.

Very un happy with this hotel. Put in in a run down room, look like contract room, not value for money.. Never book superior room of this hotel. Ask for upgrade, ask mo to pay addition 3000 peso as though agoda customer not welcome.same standard like those in sohotel
