This is a full Condo unit-basic-but all is there. It is inexpensive to say the least. It is only a 50p Taxi ride to Greenbelt and Glorietta. The staff will provide the basics you need if missing from the condo.Restaurant is cheap. Doormen are efficient

It is basic-if you expect full hotel services at this price, you are unrealistic. Internet is only available through dial up which is unreliable during the day-BUT-there is a 24 hour cafe across the street. In inexpensive places you may need to do a quick bug spray-(hey-had to do that in expensive hotels in New York!!!)

The above says it all-this place is basic-efficient-close to all you need.I have stayed there many times and it is consistent-be friendly and understand where you are staying. If you do it is great!!!!

Shopping Tip : Go to Greenbelt and Glorietta--OUTSTANDING

Convenient position spacious suites excellent views pleasant staff

hotel generally run down no cooking implements pool not servicable

This is a surprising hotel. I was on the 23rd floor and i felt nervous using the lift as most other things seemed to be in disrepair. But the lifts worked well, and the room, although old, was rather charming with incredible views. The bathroom light did not work, but the plumbing was OK. I did not find any internet access, and did not try the food.

Restaurant Tip : Try the Filipino restaurant around the corner with singing waiters.

Near the Red Light District, a lot of bars and restaurants in there.

Too many bar girls are standing outside in midnight.

It is recommended for single visitor, but not for family travellers with children.

Restaurant Tip : There are many restaurants with all varieties of food provided for customers' options.

Friendly staff

Dirty, lack of maintenance, very basic breakfast

I found the hotel via Agoda and since it was last-minute a large discount was offered. But in the end the hotel wasn't worth it. The hotel is situated in the entertainment area of Makati, which probably suits some people fine. From the outside the hotel already showed its weaknesses; decay was visible in cracking walls and lacking paint. The reception area was an almost bare and delapidated space with a counter and was not welcoming. The porters and reception staff however were friendly and efficient. There are only 2 elevators for, I guess, about 300 to 400 rooms; far too little. The elevators were, at least optically, badly maintained. The hallway to the room was grubby and badly lit since most of the lights didn't work. The door to my room was badly mounted and you could look into my room through a crack. The room was gloomy but had an OK size and had a kitchen unit mounted. Like everything in the hotel it became obvious here that the hotel had not been renovated for many years; everything was damaged, broken or on the verge of breaking down. An ancient, stinking and delapidated refridgerator was rumbling loudly (not very efficient though) and the cupboards were dirty. The same for the bathroom; very dirty! Black filth had accumulated in the corners and long black hairs (definitely not mine!) were lying everywhere. The towels were clean but spotted and damaged. The door didn't properly open or close, the glass shelf was damaged, the mounting of the towel rack was still there, but not the towelrack itself, etc. etc. The matrass and pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable, the wobbly standing lamp had undergone a repair and a wire with a switch was now danggling from its frame, there was a cardboard cover glued over the emergency sprinkler (no idea why, but I don't think it was completely legal), the curtains (in 80' design) were dirty with some non-intended colourful stripes. I kept them shut, as not to see the dirt.

The hotel is quite nice for people who love nightlife.

Not to clean,look too old

The Makati prime tower suite hotel is quite far from MRL or LTR but convenient for the people who want or like going out. Overview for the hotel it's acceptable.

There is nothing we could recommend as good in this hotel. only it is close to Night clubs if that is what you are looking for; but I think you can better hotels within the area as well.

we did not like anything here. we were disappointed and will not come back to this hotel ever.

We did not like this hotel. It is old and dirty. The breakfast is poor and dirty restaurant. Security was poor and the bed was so noisy I had to sleep on the couch. The air-conditioner was too loud.

Nightlife Tip : Lots of night life around.

the price lured me to it, the view was nice from the 29th floor, and the receptionist was very pleasant and pretty

cockroaches alive and dead throughout the room, ripped stained couch , dirty bathtub

if you like old rundown hotels , this is the hotel i suggest. the lobby smelled funny, the room deplorable. Cockroaches and a disgusting ripped ,stained couch in the 1st room we had, were told they wouldnt refund our money, we were moved to another room, better shape but more stained furniture, dirty shower. little hot water, very uncomfortable conditions but i had no choice but to stay.

Nightlife Tip : my fiancee was afraid to walk down the street with me at night, we had to go to the malls to enjoy ourselves.

The best feature was its location that enjoys many different restaurants + plenty of night life.

Poor maintenance: bathroom furniture was broken, there was leakage from the toilet every time I flushed it. As I reached there from terminal 3 of International airport on Friday there was terrible traffic on the roads. The staff could have learnt some smiling and could be more friendly.

As a whole I can advice to use this hotel. Just 50 meters from the hotel there were plenty of restaurants and night life. Attached to hotel building was a little cafeteria of poor standard, but I relished its chicken dish very much. Although standard was poor, dish was costly compared to other places outside (near the hotel). The lady at the cafeteria sold also internet card for my laptopp and it had very reasonable rate. A man from the hotel helped me immediately installing internet service on my laptopp.

Restaurant Tip : Just walk around and choose one of good restaurants of your choice.

Good location in Makati. Close to adult nightlife but far enough away from the epicentre.

Older rooms. My room didn't have a remote control for the TV. No free WiFi.

The hotel is in a very good location in Makati. Tt is close to the adult nightlife of P. Burgos but far enough so it is quiet. The furniture and rooms are a little old but that is common in the hotels in this area. The price is pretty average for this type of hotel. I wouldn't say that this is a great hotel or if it's a horrible hotel, it is affordable for Makati, in a good location and good for a few nights. I would not bring family or children around this area as this is an adult-oriented entertainment neighbourhood. The staff is friendly and competent. Overall, I would stay here again.

Nightlife Tip : Lots of bars and other adult entertainment in the area.
