Good value for money hotel

Have stayed here many times and always quite satisfied. the rooms are large,very tidy, big beds, quiet aircon. Its situated walking distance from megamall, robinsons galleria and podium (which has some very good restaurants). Staff are professional and there is room service but the food is often served a bit cold and limited menu. The restaurant is good but the buffet is average.

The room we got was fantastic. It was spacious and beautiful. The only thing I did not like was the bathroom which I found rather small for the room.
Hotel was close to shopping centers and a short walk to Metrowalk for good nightlife.

the breakfast is located outside the hotel, then it's all the time the same things.
we didn't have a view, just on the wall of the next building.
we could smell the food from the other room, because it has a mini kitchen inside, for studio type.

We arrived early due to early arrival of our flight, requested for early cheched but we were told to wait until 2 pm for the availability of the room. It is very dissapointing since were very tired and we have 1 child with us. We requested for higher room category but the front desk is so hesitant to give us the room and even offered us to pay the whole price of the room in order for us to get the upgraded room eventhought we already paid our reserved room through your website.

Great Location but terrible maintenance
The room has nice clean linens and it was very spacious. It's very close to a lot of malls and restaurants. It is situated in the business district.

The only think I didn't like was the cockroaches in the room. It was really disgusting because there were a couple of them in the room. I had to call the housekeeping twice and after spraying something, the cockroaches came out of their hiding place. It was a terrible sight.

found this on agoda and booked it 3 hours before checking in! this on a busy weekend (easter sunday). they upgraded us to a deluxe room which was true to their condo-living style. staff were so courteous, it was refreshing. buffet breakfast was simple yet satisfying. overall, had an excellent stay!

Enjoyed our stay for two nights. Big and clean rooms. Our room was studio triple deluxe, large enough for five persons. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool. Very much recommended. Were definitely coming back.
