great location but small rooms

our stay was ok but as the title says..the rooms are so small..and the furnitures are quite old which doesnt suit the design of the building. but other than that..everything was ok

The staff are very helpful and courteous.
They go out of their way to make your stay comfortable.
Their buffet breakfast is nice too.
But I wish I got my 2 bottles of
water on my second day, not one. And I didn't get my coffee,
creamer and sugar refill too.
I think they might also want to include toothbrush and paste.
Shopping Tip:
Very close to Podium, near to Robinsons and Megamall

Great location, spacious place but bad phone

We waited in our 1st room since the second room took more than an hour to be prepared. We are waiting for our father to join us and, almost missed him since the phone is not ringing, they could have at least sent someone in our room to check! The air-condition is not cold enough for one to go under the sheets but the room is spacious enough and the mini-kitchen clean. Had to follow-up for our in-house slippers and additional coffee condiments. Have a playroom for my kid to enjoy while the other are swimming and a gym for my husband! My family enjoyed the food.

Nice modern hotel, i was upgraded and studio room was very good.
I used room service and it was expensive.
Service very good and room very clean.
Breakfast was ok.

Accessible but you'll get a mosquito bite.

We liked this place. It is located right in the centre of the Ortigas business district, a clean area, and close to banks like HSBC, malls and many good restaurants. The Asian Development Bank is just across the street; so is a good shopping mall, The Podium. Another shopping mall called Megamall is just five minutes walk from the hotel. Both Podium and Megamall have many movie theatres, restaurants, health facilities, department stores and all sorts of other shops.
We will consider this hotel again when we visit the Philippines.

malayan plaza is near podium which is just across the street. podium has many restaurants and high-end stores where you can shop till you drop. walk a 2 more blocks and it will take you to a much bigger mall which is sm megamall where you can watch movies, shop and dine. nearby is a bargain mall named st. francis square where you can haggle and get super cheap bargain. malayan plaza is located at the heart of ortigas center which is a business district. taxis are everywhere which can take you anywhere in metro manila. the hotel itself is very nice. they offer breakfast. but if you like to try something else, pancake house is just in the ground floor of the building.
Shopping Tip:
malayan plaza is right in the middle of a shopping haven. surrounded by lots and lots of malls. sm megamall, st. francis square, podium, shangri-la plaza and robinsons galleria. literally, shop till you drop!

the room is big, has veranda for sightseeing, has kitchen that were able to cook the food we want. great location for shopping malls and restaurant.

the place is nice. kinda hard to find since we arrived past midnight and the sign to the hotel was barely noticeable for newcomers. good thing the bellhop was visible at the door. location is great and it offered parking spaces. location feels very safe as well. the only bad thing i can say about this hotel is the breakfast. food was "just okay". maybe better off classifying it as "continental breakfast". overall, it's a great business hotel.
