Overall the hotel deserves 3 stars. The desk service is slow, but you can expect that in Manila.
Rooms need an overhaul. The rooms are dated. 2 twin size beds pushed together to make a king.
Blow dryer is attached to the TV outside the bathroom, which does not make sense. Bring your own.
The buffet was good along with the lobby and reception area.
Nice pool and gym as well.
Travel tip:
The hotel is not very convenient to stores or outside restaurants. You will need to take a cab everywhere.

Booked a Club floor room. The Club lounge is amazing: free cocktail hour with lots of great food, free breakfast in any outlet in the hotel. I used the conference room for free for all my sales presentations.
Rooms are big, beds very comfy, lots of TV channels, great internet and solid real marble bathrooms.
Car service to and from the airport was safe,quick, and reasonably priced.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Book the Club Floor - you will be glad you did!

I last stayed here 14 years ago. Nothing has changed. Perfect service, a very easy place to stay.But now the hotel is old and the rooms need renovations. The carpets, wallpaper need replaced. I booked a club room and for the first time ever, the shower was in the bath. For this price, there must be a separate shower. The club buffet is the worst I ever have. Almost same every day with poor choice of food. Room service so expensive. $6 for a small glass of milk.I loved this place before but not now. It is also too far from Greenbelt and other amenities. Next time, I will try another. But if you want fantastic service - this is your place

This is now the second time I stay at that hotel and both times have been extremely satisfied with the service. People are very professional. I tried the buffet which was good. Ordered from room service and the food was delivered to my room quickly.

The location of this hotel is good for both shopping and nightlife. The hotel is a little old but is still very neat and clean. The buffet meal I had at night is one of the better buffets I have had at a hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful except when checking out, this seemed to take a longer than usual time.
